Budget hotel in a good location. The room is clean and comfy. But the restroom is a bit small with limited kit. It might be some distance to the metro, but the hotel provided a shuttle car. The food there is very delicious, you should try pizza.

A good place to stay comfortably. Taxi available to access excellent places and markets of Bangkok. Good amenities and services.

เหมาะสำหรับแวะมาพักเพื่อแวะทำธุระบริเวญรอบๆเช่นสาธรหรือสุขุมวิทที่พักดีสะดวกเรียบพร้อมทุกอย่างแม้แต่อาหารเช้าฟรีก็สุดยอดเพียงพอมากๆแล้ว ถ้าต้องมาพักแถวนี้ก็แนะนำเลย

ห้องพักเล็กไปนิด บรรยากาศกับที่ตั้ง ถือว่าราคาไม่แพง อยู่ใจกลางกรุง เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของคนต่างชาติซะมากกว่า

The worst hotel on a trip to Thailand.
The reviews written 5-6 years ago that a renovation is necessary are still necessary or rather a renovation. The pictures in Booking and co are clearly edited and do not show reality. Condition can be seen in the attached pictures.

We first got a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and we changed rooms straight away. The new room was fine at first glance, but it quickly became clear that this room was very dirty.
From hair on the walls in the bathroom, ventilation in the bathroom not working and stains on the tiles, everything was there.

Simply view the uploaded pictures and book somewhere else.
Even in Vietnam for €5 a night with breakfast, the hotel was better including better service.

The deficiencies were of course noted again and asked to be cleaned again. Little has happened. Even by Asian standards, this is definitely better, especially for a hotel chain. 6 other hotels during our trip to Thailand also made it.

The employees were of course unimpressed and there was no apology, no compensation or anything else. Simply underground and a disgrace to the name Ibis.

Really clean. Got an early checkin for free. Also my 2 free drinks from being on the Accor app silver member.

They clean my room promptly when I put out the sign. Bed is comfy. Pillows not great.

Location - not so close to the centre - but there are 2 nice parks close by and a lot of eateries. And the obligatory 7-11 over the road!

ดีมากๆๆ สะอาดสุดๆ บริการดีเยี่ยม ไกลจากปากซอยเล็กน้อย แต่มีรถShuttle bus บริการไปส่ง MRT, BTS ไกลสุดศาลาแดง มีรถเป็นรอบๆไป อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ หลากหลายมาก เปลี่ยนเมนูทุกวัน ของหวานก็เยอะ น้ำผลไม้ นมสดชากาแฟ จัดเต็ม ห้องพักค่อนข้างดี สะอาด กว้างพอประมาณ

Good hotel for budget travellers, room is clean and comfort, with free high speed wifi.it serves good breakfast with choices of coffee.there are variety of bread, a variety of chinese buns, choices of cereals with fresh milk.also served limited choices of chinese food.some choices of tropical fruits are also served in cut pieces.three or four choices of tropical fruit juices are also provided.

Great value for money. Room was comfortable enough for 2 people. The room wall was thin enough to hear noises from the corridor. Not good for the night person like me who rest in the day time, since you could hear the noises from housekeeping staff do their job from late morning until afternoon. Bed was comfy. Pillows were too flat but you could ask for the additional ones. Breakfast was great, worth the price. Ibis has the mission 15 campaign which promised to finish th certain tasks like check in/check out, serving a meal within 15 mins. The hair dryer in my room did not work well so I called to front to send someone to fix it. I waited more than 30 mins but no one shows up. You absolutely failed on your promoted campaign Ibis Sathon. Hope you can improve these weaknesses very soon.

This is one the best 3 stars hotel in Bangkok, rates are reasonable and you get pretty much everything you need. You can buy breakfast or lunch buffet in just 200 bahts per day. 100% recommend!

Dirty smell in room, very small room, some time pictures don't tell the truth. Not recommended to anyone. 2: 35 am check out and change my hotel.

5 star cleanliness and service attitude
5 star basic amenities: shower gel, hair dryer, kettle, safe box etc. Knowing this is a cost effective lodging, I Don’t expect cotton buds or slippers.
3.5 star location try pull your luggage and walking 10 min under the blazing sun from BTS to hotel. No shelter. Hidden in the alley.

Verdict: will return for single trip. I take grab all the time. Location not a problem. Like it’s quietness. Plenty massage and restaurant nearby.

The price is excellent! The room was alright in terms of cleanliness and space - up to the IBIS business hotel standard where I have been to IBIS hotels before. Breakfast and lunch buffet was affordable and decent. Convenience stores and massage places right next to the hotel. Some good restaurants are near by. To nearest MRT station - Lumphini takes about 5 minute walk but noticed that neighboring area may be going under development many shops were closed. Using grab taxi from and to airport took about 450 THB.

I'm not a fussy person but the service at the front desk is horrible. But there a few exceptions who are very helpful and nice to talk to. I'm from Ibis Styles Calangute Goa and I work as a Duty Manager so Im sure I would know what to expect. When we checked in, they made sure to collect the payment and that's it. No show around, no package explanation nothing! I do understand that the property is small but it just a small step and that to it was not busy at all. The Manager on shift as she is or assumes to be is not what you'd actually expect from a manager and not knowing her information was even worse. Firstly I am a staff of accor and knowing that we are staff and previlaged with a certain discount it still should be mentioned to us.first telling me I have a 50% discount on my meals and then saying its only on the buffet after I order alacarte and then saying its only 15%. It's not about the discount. I have no worries in paying whatever the amount is but this is not expected. Then when I was making my reservations. My colleague Lyne from goa book this hotel with a breakfast inclusion over email but it was not prioritised to. Instead she mentioned that it was booked for room only but this was only because the staff failed to see the request of the breakfast inclusion over the email. Anyways I'm writing this feedback to share a though and not to get anything out of it coz I really don't want anything and that to we came to celebrate our 1st anniversary.but then again I believe it was my mistake to expect a good experience.this is to share that sometimes making the customer / guest feel at home is what's required and maybe it's asking for to much being a business hotel but I'm staying for 6 nights and still here and I've see alot of leisure clientel so I believe we can make the exception.but I guess I figured it out that it's only because I'm a staff, there is no importance! But good points to add is that the housekeeping are really awesome down to earth people. 5* to them for sure.

The room was small, but had everything that I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

There isn't any soaps or much toiletries but it's pretty safe. And convenient since 7-11 and massage shops is just opposite.
