Didn't stay at the hotel but love the bar, 29 Bar and Grill. Cozy and comfortable nautical theme den. Great music venue filled with Bangkok's jazz prodigies with jazz jam session every Sunday. With Blues and various genres during the week. Friendly service. Tasty bar snacks. Located at the first floor next to the lobby of the hotel.

Very poor hotel, outdated and with a horrible taste for the entrance hall, …. The ocean light blue bright flooring is something I will struggle to forget….
The room was very basic, wifi was bad…. You can find way better alternatives in Bangkok for the same price.

Very nice inside the rooms. Spacious and very modern. Lobby is under some construction and looks odd. Hallways are warm, hot even; inside the rooms is great. A.c. And nice all around. Great location and secure place. Price is good too.

Very nice hotel, perfect for what we needed to quarantine and get our PCR tests. Nice rooms with a very nice balcony! Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of coffee shops, and restaurants you can walk to.

Great loved the blue light staff was pleasant, rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the rain shower and tub and balcony with the suite upgrade.

This is a good hotel if you want to stay in the vicinity of Cowboy and Soi 33. They have a variety of room sizes, but if you want a little slice of spaciousness - try the corner suite with balcony. Reasonably priced for its size. Rooms are cleaned daily, and staff are very helpful. Short term guests are allowed with entrance/exit monitored. A pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

check in 後就一直推銷行程，且價錢比klook或GRAB高出很多，把旅客當搖錢樹嗎？服務品質差，發生住宿費超收情形，職員說會處理，結果完全沒處理，旅客是返國後向AGODA客訴後才追回款項。
If you want to get a hotel in this area, you can refer to the best western plus the at 20 Sukhumvit, because hotel mermaid is old equipment, room decoration, ordinary catering and locate in the alley, at the same time of booking 2 room, The rent per night is more expensive in 600 Bahts, don't think that valuableness have better service, the other hand, don't understand why evaluation so high, cp value is low.
After check in, Mermaid hotel staff always sell their trips and the price is much higher than klook or GRAB. Do you think passengers as a cash cow? Due to poor service quality, the staff said that they would deal with the problem of overcharging the accommodation fee, but they did not deal with the problem at all. The passengers did not recover the money until they complained to AGODA after returning home.

Not sure why it got so many good reviews. You get what you pay for they say, but I do think you can get better value for your money elsewhere. Location is close to BTS, conveniently located but that’s pretty much it. Hotel is rather old, especially the rooms are run down. Thin walls, could hear our neighbour doing a conference call late night. Spring mattress should be replaced, ours was kind of ‘well used’. Would not recommend.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The lobby looks like a typical budget hotel, nothing special or fancy. The hotel is located in a not-so-fancy area, and takes about 8 minutes walk to get to transportation station. Not many interesting places around to eat or have a café. But for the money we paid it was OK.

Hotel is conveniently located, lots of shopping and dining options available nearby. Staff was friendly and attentive. We were allowed to keep our luggage there for free after checkout as our flight wasn't until after midnight. The room was a bit dirty with lots of bugs/cobwebs on the ceiling.

Good value and conveniently located. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The fittings were a little tired but fine at this price.

It is a totally different experience from all the other hotels we experienced. Very delicious breakfast is exceeded our expectation.

What a lovely pearl in the heart of Bangkok located just between the 2 main airports Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang. Staff is very professional friendly and helpful in their efforts to make you feel velcome. Next to the lobby you find the restaurant and Captain's Pub which both are at very high standard, yet cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Friday and Saturday night with live jazz blues music at a level that still allows you chit chat with other guest or friends.and if you hate the traffic jams in Bangkok you just have a 5 minute walk to Asok Skytrain Station on Sukhumvit Road.

All rooms and suites are equipped with a safety deposit box, air conditioning, wooden/parquet floor, bathroom, slippers, bathrobe, telephone, cable LCD TV and a minibar. And there is a saltwater pool. You can eat or drink in the bar/restaurant (Danish). A great hotel to stay short or long term. Very friendly and helpful management and staff. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here multiple times now and it never fails me. Its in a great spot close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and well kitted out. And the beds are simply out of this world. Perfect visits in and around sukhumvit

The rooms in the hotel are Spacious and clean at reasonable prices. There is Scandinavian restaurant in this hotel. There is also a tourist information centre in the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is at a walkable distance from BTS Asok Station. There are Indian restaurants and other restaurants and bars on the opposite side of the main road, which are at a walkable distance. If we want to get there in tuk tuk, then we have to tell them the road number and address. If we take grab taxi they arrive by location in the map.

Spacious room. Very clean. Near to Terminal 21 Mall. Near to restaurants and shop. Descent massage spa very near to hotel. Great price. Value for money. Very comfortable mattress. Fully equipped with sofa and work desk. Free WiFi strength can be improve.
