ผมจะเอารถไปเช็ค 1,000 กิโล ติดต่อได้เบอร์ไหนครับ ผมต้องโทรนัดล่วงหน้าหรือป่าว เบอร์โทรที่มีไม่สามารถติดต่อได้

วันนี้วันอังคารครบรอบเช็คระยะโทรถามมีคิวว่างช่วงเช้าพอดีสามารถเข้าใช้บริการได้เลยตอน10โมงเช้า. ถึงหน้างานได้รับการต้อนรับและบริการจากทางน้องMaxเป็นอย่างดีถาม-ตอบทุกคำถามเท่าที่ตอบได้และมีการแนะนำสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการด้วย. รวมถึงช่วยแก้ไขข้อมูลในระบบให้จนเสร็จสิ้นอีกด้วย. ด้านหน้าอาคารมีสถานีสลับแบตเตอรี่รถจักรยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าของฮอนด้าตั้งอยู่ด้วย

Buy your bike and do your service somewhere else when we you want a safe bike. Oil is spilling out of the engine all over the place on a new bike. It keeps happening and they try to blame you for it with all sorts of excuses. The manager is a joke, trying to run away to not have to deal with clients.

Only positive thing seems to be that the headquarters on Ram Intra take you at least serious and offer some sort of assistance.

ที่นี่บริการค่อนข้างแย่!
ไปเช็คระยะรอบแรกพูดจาดีรื่นหูโดยที่ไม่ได้นัดคิวใดๆไปถึงก็เดินมารับรถพูดคุยให้คำแนะนำเป็นอย่างดี
แต่พอไปเช็คระยะรอบที่ 2 พูดจากวน. มากพูดห้วนๆไม่ลื่นหูไม่มีคำแนะนำใดๆบอกว่าไม่ได้นัดต้องรอนานมากทั้งๆที่ผมไปถึง 9: 00 น ศูนย์เพิ่งเปิดพนักงานพร้อมช่างพร้อมแต่ให้ผมรอหลังเที่ยงหรือไม่ก็บ่ายแก่ๆเลยทั้งๆที่ผมเป็นลูกค้าคนแรกแค่เช็คระยะเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่องมันก็ไม่ได้นานอะไรขนาดนั้นแต่ไม่ให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้าที่ walk in เข้าไปเลยแต่ในรอบ 2 นี้เป็นเซลล์คนละคนกันคนที่พูดจาห้วนๆพูดไม่ลื่นหูคนที่ใส่แว่นตัวขาวสูงๆหน่อยคนนี้บริการแย่มากครับ! ไม่ว่าจะโทรนัดคิวหรือ walk in เข้าไปถ้าคุณมีช่างว่างอยู่หรือมีเวลาที่พอจะทำได้มันก็ควรจะทำบริการให้ลูกค้าไม่ใช่หรอก็จ่ายเงินเหมือนกันนี่ไม่ได้ฟรีนะ

วันนี้ไปรับบริการมา เนื่องจากก่อนหน้านี้เปลี่ยนแฮนด์ขวามา พนักงานดูแลดีมาก แก้ไขได้ดีเหมือนเดิม ไม่มีการเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่ม สรุป ดีมากครับ ขา กลับบอกให้ขับรถปลอดภัย

Very little stock and what they did have was old and overpriced.
Staff were more interested in their phones than customers.

+ Service department here rarely disappoints me. Many times they overstep to help me with my bike (s).
+ Activity organizing team also very friendly and service minded. They let me take longer test rides on their demo bikes most of the time

- Sales team has bad reputation, especially the English speaking sales. Many foreigners complained they were not well taken care of. The other sales themselves do not look like they want to work, because their bikes sell anyway
- No parking for cars

Summary: If you need your bikes serviced here, I would highly recommend as their service department (mechanics and insurance claim staff) are very helpful.

It is only their sales that are irritating
You can just buy your bike from somewhere else and come service here.

Absolutely incompetent, unfriendly manners, absolutely not customer oriented. Anyhow, if they sell or not, they get the salary at the end of the month. No parking around (you have ro park in Supalai tower) and anyhow is impossible to test drive any bike.

Polite staff specially one of the guy seems like manager, very good English. We got 2 passes for the motor show from him. We have been visiting here since long, also had our Goldwing checked at the time of tyre pressure problem.

จริงๆอยากจะให้5ดาวนะคะบริการด้านอื่นๆโดยรวมโอเควันนี้พึ่งไปออกรถCBR650Rที่นี่มาเราไปแบบไม่ได้โทรนัดเซลเราไปแบบเดินเข้าไปซื้อเลยพอตกลงซื้อขายกับไฟแนนซ์ได้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วโทรนัดรับรถกับเซลซึ่งเซลคนนี่นิสัยไม่ดีพูดจาเหมือนดูถูกคนซื้อเราอาจจะแต่งตัวบ้านบอกให้เราเช็ครถแฟนเราเลยสตาร์รถดูเดินมาบอกเราว่าทำแบบนี่ไม่ได้นะแล้วก้อไม่แนะนำการใช้รถเลยสักนิดเราแค่ถามว่าไม่มีแถมอะไรบ้างเลยรึตอบเรากลับมาแบบฮ้วนๆว่าจะเอาของแถมก้อไม่ต้องเอากิฟว้อยเซอร์งงมากซื้อรถคนละเป็นแสนๆไม่มีแถมอะไรเลยแถมได้รับคำพูดที่ไม่ดีจากเซลคนนี้

ก็บริการดีอ้ะนะ พนักงานขาย มอ. ตอ. ซอ. บิ๊กไบท์ก็ให้ข้อมูลดีครับ ก็พอใจอ้ะนะ ไปซื้อ HONDA Cb500X วันนี้ไปชำระเงินดาวน์ พรุ่งนี้จะไปเอารถออกจากโชว์รูมครับ

แม้จะไม่เคยเข้าไปใช้บริการที่ศูนย์นี้ แค่ขับผ่าน ด้านหน้าให้ความร่มรื่น เย็นสบาย ด้านในก็มีรถ, bigbike honda ให้เลือกมากมาย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะเข้สไปใช้บริการนะครับ

Serviced my bike here today, paid 4,500thb for my 24,000km service, when complete my bike came out covered in crease all over the tank and fairings, I looked closer and saw scratches on my fairings and exhaust that wasn't there before, the mechanic also snapped the inside clamps on both sides of my fairings in attempt take them off and put them back on to get to the engine, I now have to go to the Honda Bigwing 'Rama5' to order and install new fairings to replace the fairings Honda Bigwing Rama3 has scratched and snapped, I highly don't recommend servicing your expensive honda big bike here unless you're ready for the damage.

Its a wonderful sale and service place for Honda Big bike. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Some speaks good English.

I'm sad about Honda Thailand, I was in many shops with different problems, and mostly they are lazy, not know anything not can fix it, not have or not want. I go to this shop about good feeling, I think this one is different, but sorry I arrived, after I called before many times before they picked up. I go there for exchange my front and back tires of my CB500X. I'm happy this shop had it at stock, but I was there at around 1 PM and they take my motorcycle inside, after 2 hours I take a look on it at a window, and they not started! After more than 3 hours they montated one and after more then 4 hours they get the second one! And then I'm waiting for the bill, they are talking oposit me and let me wait again. Sorry 2 tires needs if you working slowly, maybe 40 minutes but not 4 hours, and if I don't have vails with me, they not can exchange! They are more than 5 years, so I wanted exchange too!
They get 0.1 points of 10 for service, they only interested to sell new Motorcycles, but not after sale serice!
