It’s so worst costumer service.
The food and drink price is not reasonable.
But no greeting and no smiling.
The service of street food is better than here.

I went to this cafe like 3 times at midnight. The place was good, quiet, staffs were nice, and drinks were not bad - almost same level as Starbucks taste quality.

Music very loud and noisy. Although it's open 24hr, not at all recommended if you are thinking of coming to do some last minute work here.

A 24 hours joint located along a busy road surrounded by international hotels. A convenient location for a coffee break!

Great 24/7 coffee spot in center of BKK. Also have alt-milk, and can make most drinks on the menu with it, which is awesome.

The biggest plus is that it’s open 24 hours. They also have charging all over the place on both levels. The A/C units are run a bit on the cold side compared to most coffee shops, and the vent filters definitely need cleaned. The biggest con is the loud music. For a moment the music turned off and it was absolute bliss. The music wasn’t just loud but over stimulating K-pop music (which I have nothing against, but is unbearable at that volume).

I tried their roasted chicken wrap which was presented better than I expected based on the menu sample image, but ironically wasn’t wrapped. The only problem was that they didn’t roll the bottom so that the contents wouldn’t fall out. When I reached it I had to do some expert planning to figure out how to eat it without making a mess.

I ordered a blueberry yogurt smoothie which was decent (No complaints except that it could have been layered like other yogurt smoothies usually are).

I also ordered Thai tea as well which I found to be slightly too plain.

The drinks are good. Quite a variety to choose. I was satisfied by a large variety of croissants. The strawberry one looks amazing. The cafe has 2 floors and has quite a lot of seats too.

Typical Tom & Tom’s menu. Good dessert and coffee. But seems to lacked of staffs. So many empty seats but no one came up to clear used cup and plates, so customer would not sit.

Amazon coffi is better.
Tom Tom's coffee they have small balance to sukhumvit you can c the beautiful Lady walking around.

Really great coffee! They offer pastries, sandwiches, wraps, I got the chicken wrap it was excellent! Staff friendly, nice, clean place!

Used to be Hollys Coffee here.
Design of the shop pretty much remain unchanged.
Both are from South Korea.
I like to sit at the mezzanine level.

Wifi doesn’t work. Staff gave me a tea with sugar (twice) despite asking for one without. AC is about 15 degrees or lower.

Yes it is a chain. Coffee is not bad at all. I think some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh. Range of hot and cold drinks, very heavy desserts and pastries plus pretzels, breakfast and some savoury dishes. Most people were having drinks or sharing one of the desserts (big portions). I always had the same hot black americano. When you order, even a hot drink they will usually if you are dining in get you to sit down and give you one of those buzzer things and call you when it is ready. I think this is to avoid lines forming with the pandemic and social distancing. I went to this branch a number of times located next to my hotel. Opened 24 hours which I loved as a late night owl. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was good. Reasonably clean. Lot's of charging sockets and a great place for free wifi. Upstairs and downstairs seating, plus a few tables outside. What I loved the most was atmosphere to people watch especially at night. Often used by the escort girls and ladyboys who stand nearby (totally safe). When I say used, I mean they come and grab a coffee or bite to eat and use the toilets to do their make up. Always fun to watch them as they can be very funny and loud. Main negative is they need to add some light snacks like biscuits, cookies or crisps which would be nice rather than heavy desserts!

First time in Tom n Toms.

Comfortable environment, good service, the Cafe Americano was a little less tasty than I anticipated.
I will return to try again.

Coffee is decent, not amazing compared to the other surrounding locations, but it is open 24h and it's a nice place to sit and work.
