Catherine and Teck are so welcoming and happily to show you how to achieve a beautiful art piece.
My first time for creating a lotus leaf art piece and so pleased with the results. The relaxed atmosphere is very therapeutic, people are friendly and happy to chat.
Time is your own.either complete in one session, ideal for tourists, or come back as often as you need to work on your piece (I live in BKK).
Unfortunately, if you complete in one session, you can't take it with you as it needs drying time. But they will ensure it is ready and packed for you to either collect or have shipped on to you.
Definitely recommend you come along, create a piece that will serve as a constant reminder of your time in Bangkok.

If you are an ex pat or foreigner living in Bangkok, this is a MUST do! Even if you are not an artist. Catherine, the owner started this art studio over 10 years ago she is from France but her husband is Thai and can speak English, Thai and French. They are lively and will teach how to paint an design many things with dried lotus leaves. They make great gifts or are work for your home.

What an amazing place
We were a group of 7 ladies who joined a private painting class and only 2 of us had prior experience with painting. But we were ALL super happy with our end results
I had absolutely no prior experience, but turns out you do NOT have to have experience, be a good painter or even be very creative as the lotus leaves that are glued on to your canvas "helps" you get started and creative! Would not have been that "easy" if we had started on a white and empty canvas.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in experiencing something fun together with friends and/or family to try this paint class
