Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok

Hilton Sukhumvit and many Japanese restaurants are convenient. If I were to be greedy, I would like to see more items for Japanese people at breakfast.

Amazing property with its sister property in the adjoining building, the staff were super professional and friendly, esp the Korean Executive Chef who made sure I had grisini the following morning and throughout the entire stay. The GM is this super attentive and very attractive Australian woman and the Director of Operations always on the ball even clearing tables in his elegant suit, I did not see him on my last day when he was supposed to give me his card as I'll be booking a month long stay as their property at the back is pet friendly (one of very few posh hotels in BKK where pets can stay in the guestrooms)

A good choice for business trip to Bangkok

Had a short stay from 5 Nov to 8 Nov with my family. Totally like the twin deluxe room as they can fit for 3 pax comfortably. Also, the bed was super comfy & we slept well for all three nights. Staff in this hotel are very proactive and approachable. I was able to get my question answered whenever I'm in doubt. The fitness centre is quite clean as well! The proximity to phrom pong bts station is decent. Will recommend this hotel to my friends should they visit bkk!

3.5 stars for room and service. During my recent stay at Hilton Hotel, I had an overall satisfactory experience. The service provided by the staff was reliable and met the expected standards of a reputable hotel. The room, although not outstanding, offered a comfortable and pleasant environment to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and well-maintained. While some aspects of the room showed signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment, they did not detract significantly from the overall experience. The hotel's convenient location and well-maintained common areas added to the positive aspects of the stay. In terms of breakfast options, the hotel offered a decent selection, although the culinary experience did not leave a lasting impression. Considering its reliability and comfort, Hilton Hotel provides a suitable choice for travelers seeking a standard and dependable accommodation option.

Though traffic is heavy in this area, the hotel is very near to the mall in minutes. Clean place and staffs providing good service.

Really enjoy my stay at Hilton Sukhumvit. I would really recommend this hotel and will come again. Very nice pool with awesome view from 26th floor. Really close to Emporium and Emquatier mall.

Our stay was good. The staff is very helpful… especially Billy who speaks fluent English. He helped us with planning our local tour during our stay in Bangkok.

The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options (don't miss the eggs benedict) and the pool was open with a bar. Will definitely go back to this hotel if I'm in Bangkok again!

Lovely hotel and great location. My room was lovely with amazingly comfortable bed. Massive bath tub and lovely toiletries. Breakfast selection and quality were fantastic and all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The service was perfect and the staffs were very nice with service mind. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. I really liked the pillows. The place was so nice and easy to go to shopping and any place on Sukhumvit road.

During checkin we were suddenly informed about a refurbishment and noise. Not so great, since it’s not mentioned on the website. The ‘lounge’ is a sad area in the lobby. There are better places to spend your money.

Hotel is under renovation until June 2022 and Executive lounge relocated to the lobby. Both of these issues are not in the hotel website. I would not recommend staying until complete. Checked out after 1 night of a 10 stay. Diamond status

It’s quite old hotel with nice and helpful staff
Room was clean and comfortable.
I’m surprised they didn’t have Corkscrew in room and they charge us 60 baht to open the wine bottle!
The pool wasn’t that good but anyway they can’t change it!

This hotel is truly great place to relax. The location is fantastic as it is very close to the BTS train station, the breakfast is fantastic, the cocktail hour is quite nice, and the service is unparalleled. I would certainly recommend this place for individuals or couples who are on vacation/business and would like a nice peaceful place in the center of Bangkok.

The afternoon tea set was super reasonable! Highly recommended when you want to relax for long time.

We picked it for the location, which is close to Phrom Pong.

Breakfast: Good for non-vegetarians but you'll need to ask the chefs to make an alternative if you don't eat meat as even the dishes labelled as vegetarian contain oyster. The chefs kindly oblige. The fresh smoothies were fantastic.

The evening cocktails were great 5.30 til 7.30 (complimentary for Gold members). Stay 9 nights to achieve this status. The snacks given with this, as well as the afternoon tea session, were quite stingy compared to other hotels. That said, the service was friendly and we enjoyed being at the lounge. We ordered from the a la carte menu but didn't enjoy the dish.

The gym is small. The maximum dumbell is a light 20kg. There are 3 treadmills but not all are in use due to social disdancing. You must wear a mask or visor when running, which is shocking. I did my daily high tempo 5km in a visor and I could barely breathe. My lungs were sore for days afterwards. They should NOT be used during exercise. Nowhere does this and it is complete ignorance of WHO recommendations. That needs to stop asap.

Overall, we felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating, other than the gym confusion. I wouldn't return though as the gym is an important feature and safe running is not possible here. Also, as accommodating as the chefs were, it was a hassle to need to request breakfast and wait for it. If they can fix those things I'd return.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel js. Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Good size rooms, nice bathrooms. Nice pool on 26th floor, but water pretty cold. Nice gym.
Breakfast was good, not amazing but good. Lots of choices for all kinds of tastes & likes, but the quality/flavour wasn’t quite there I think.
Only other downside was room cleaning was a bit slow - multiple times we went out for a few hours in the morning and the room wasn’t done - so we had to request it and leave the room again. (Usually not a problem, but we have a baby, so we had to be in the room for naps a couple times each day.)
We love emporium and emquartier and benjasiri park, so the location was a dream for us! Literally 3 minutes from Emporium entrance and maybe 7 minutes from Benjasiri park.

All in all excellent stay and we will stay here again and are thinking about making this our go-to hotel for our Bangkok trips.
