We ordered online, we paid weeks before we arrived in bkk. And stilm they managed to let us dow
During d day, we came 1 hour earlier, they said that the male massuer is not ready yet. So we decided to eat around. And when we came back, they said, the male masseur is still not available. And they refused to give our money back.
The rrason we asked for male. Masseur is because they wpuld give stronger massage, not that we are undereatimating lady masseur. But based on experience.
Its different case if we came on the spot and expect somethibg. But we have ordered. So not happy. And we havr paid 1900 bathper person.

The massage was very bad. The masseuse hurried and did a poor job.
Also, I had a gift certificate. They would not honor the full amount and rather than give me a massage to make the certificate complete, they just let me get my massage, then at the end informed me that the remainder of my gift card was void? Even though we PRE-PAID.
So a summary: overpriced bad massage, and did not honor their gift certificate.
There are thousands of massage shops in Bangkok. Our family will NOT use this place again, and we do not recommend Health Land to others.

พนักงานที่ทำงานอยู่ตรง counter คุยกันเสียงดังมากครับ ผมคิดว่า สถานที่นี้ เป็นสถานที่ที่ควรจะให้ความสงบกับลูกค้า เพราะลูกค้ามา ก็อยากจะมานวดผ่อนคลาย คลายเครียด แต่พอเข้ามาแล้ว เจอพนักงานคุยกันโหวกเหวกเสียงดัง ทำให้บรรยากาศที่น่าจะเป็นบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลาย กลับกลายเป็นอีกบรรยากาศนึง ผมอยากให้ฝ่ายบริหาร หรือฝ่ายผู้จัดการ นำเรื่องนี้มาพัฒนาด้วยครับ เพราะพนักงานนวดที่นี่ ถือว่ามีคุณภาพมาก ถ้าแก้เรื่องพนักงานที่โหวกเหวกพูดคุยเสียงดังมากได้ จะทำให้สถานที่นี้ น่าไปใช้บริการมากขึ้นครับ

This is a notorious place for not honoring the massage time. Pleae avoid this place. There are much better options in the city. My massager finished a 2-hour massage course in 1hr and 40mins and blatantly demanded a tip. My partner had an aromatherapy which they said was an oil therapy but it turned out to be an oiless massage. I suppose me using a voucher instead of cash has to do with it. Dear Health Land, if you are not going to honour a voucher customer, why do you sell it in the first place? 제발 여기 피하세요 ㅜㅜ 2시간인데 1시간 40분만에 끝내고 팁 달라고 당당히 요구. 바우처 사용해서 아로마테라피 받았는데 오일 안쓰고 그냥 함. 거의 사기 수준입니다.

Masseuse is very rough with no sense of strength moderation. Alternating between too hard and too soft.

Husband and I were excited to try this 2 hour Thai massage. Seemed like a great place 1300 baht for the two of us and they were able to accommodate my request of being together in the same room and having a female masseuse. However, in both our experiences, the masseuse did not have understanding of pressure or human anatomy. We are American foreigners so communication was difficult. They were massaging on bone and pinching nerves. I wish I could have relayed to them as they did work hard for 1 hour and 50 minutes. At the end, they whisper in your ear requesting tip. While the facilities are nice, we left the massage feeling more in pain than relaxed.

Women on the front desk are extremely rude. Foot massage was decent however. I would go to a cheaper, more authentic Thai massage elsewhere.

I booked thai massage for entire family. We had some massages ready in low-cost salons and I "knew" this one will be the nicest. The massage was not so good but maily because of behavior - the masseuse were talking the whole time, giggling how big my father is, etc. It was not relaxing at all. Also they just put us all in one room with curtains open not even bothering to offer to separate us. My brother felt ashamed.

Very good place, calm, well designed.
But the therapists were talking each other for 2 hours in their language, couldn’t be relaxed at all.and their skill was not good.
Was thinking to ask for a new therapist but didn’t.i should have asked that or get refund for the money.
Only about therapist, if you have skilled person, it must be find.

Clean. Nice enough. Decent decor. Relaxing. A bit overpriced compared to small, local places. This is a bit of a massage "factory", but they did a decent job.

I have always had great trust in Healthland, and I always stop by when I go to Thailand. The prices are not that different from other stores, it's spacious, clean, smells good, the service is good, and the staff are highly skilled.
There is always tea service at the end.

It's popular so you may have to wait if you don't make a reservation. However, the waiting room is spacious and has proper sofas and chairs, making it cool and comfortable.
This time, I received a foot massage on the first day and experienced a cannabis massage on the second day.
During the treatment, it was no different from a normal oil massage. After the treatment, I was asked not to wash my body, and after a while my body started to feel warm. It feels like it's gradually penetrating into the skin. I felt a little dazed, but I didn't know if it was because of the oil or something.
You can receive the cutting-edge oil massage that is currently attracting attention, so I definitely recommend it.
