13Hard Rock Cafe for me is first and foremost the atmosphere. I have a lot of respect and good feelings for this franchise. These are required places. And one of my favorite brands, to which I wish only prosperity and success. I have been to many cafes and hotels in different countries. Bangkok (previous location) was once one of the first. Therefore, there is a special attitude and respect for him)! Love you! Happy New Year!)
Very nice location, food was delicious as always in Hard Rocks and the band playing live music was also nice. Recommended for the Hard Rock lovers
Went there to buy some Hard Rock merchandise. The staffs were kind and polite. They do let us know special offers and help us to get tax refund by filling in some forms. The forms shall be presented at the tax refund counter at the airport.
Great experience but more expensive compared to other bars (hard Rock cafe=western prices), good food
The staff were very pleasant and helpful but because it is called the Hard Rock Cafe the prices for food and alcohol are a lot more expensive. Nice place though loved all the Rock memorabilia
Too expensive, empty, no worth it. In Bangkok and going to warto a hard rock cafe? Bad idea. Food was worth half of what we paid.
Great band, food and music
Only thing is start strict rules didn't allow kids to stay after 10PM which we respect.
This well known chain needs no further explanation.not the cheapest place around but atmosphere and ambiance guaranteed.there's also a shop connected to it

I love the vibe and food at Hard Rock Cafe! The one downside is that the prices are a bit steep so it's more of a treat for me to go there than a norm.
Service was great. People were nice. Food wasn't bad. Store was alittle small but they had alot of merchandise.
Love this place: convenient location, awesome food, super friendly & attentive staff, nice band. Will definitely go again.
