Although it is a little smaller than Harborland in Ekamai, it is still more than enough for children around one year old. The basic rules are the same as for Ekamai, such as wearing a mask and wearing non-slip socks. Ekamai may be more enjoyable for children over 3 or 4 years old, but both are the same for children under 2 years old. It would be helpful if any country had a facility like this.

My baby is small toddler (160thb) but the staff were forcing him to be toddler (440). I had told them that I just went for vaccine at the hospital and I’m certain that he is small toddler. Then she acts rudely and tell her friends that “How bad my eyesight is and tell me to pay toddler price or leave the playground”
I chose to leave.

Later on a month later and up to today my baby still a small toddler in Terminal 21 rama3 and the mall Thapra branch.

A bit small but quite a lot of games. Clean, nice, a bit expensive (1 adult 1 baby is more than B600 / playmondo is about B1000). You can wear playmondo socks, if you don't have them, you have to buy them here. Mandatory wearing of masks

The place is kept clean, but small!

The staff will keep asking if you have harborland non-slip socks, and even if you say you have them, they will secretly monitor you after changing them.

Masks are mandatory here. Even in most countries around the world, it has become a personal choice. You have to wear it, no matter how old the child is, but it is ridiculous that some parents or kids secretly don’t wear it, and the service staff is right next to her, but no one stopped her, the waiter liked to whisper in Thai.

Considering that at the entrance, the store manager pointed to the mask and said that it must be worn before entering, so this regulation is only for those who abide by the rules.

I think it is necessary for this store to make it clear in the introduction: we require masks to be worn, so as to prevent many parents from being angry when they are notified at the door, and the attitude of being notified is not friendly

Sico place. The staff are too rude. They want children 2yrd old to wear mask in this time even airlines don’t and never asked for children below 2yrs to wear mask. These ppl are so in love with masks. Never go there

My kid used to go a lot as baby but I stopped going completely because of the idiotic policies that they have: all the kids need to be masked up, even babies! And gloves, what is the issue?

And the staff runs after the kids putting masks on them. Whole country gave up 6+ months ago, but they just love COVID here and want to live with it for the rest of the times.

Second, my kid was suddenly NOT allowed on the trampoline where he went multiple times before. Still not clear what is the reason.

Third, you are now NOT allowed your OWN sock, you must buy socks from them even if your own are anti- slip ones and you are an adult.

Also, there is no food. Poor overpriced experience with annoying policies. Pity as it is close and toys are nice and new.

Won't allow 2-yr-olds without a mask, apparently it's company policy, though other branches we usually go to never enforced this rule (even when there were national restrictions for adults.)

This terrible place is a great place if you suffer from COVID anxiety. It stinks from disinfectant detergent (which I'm sure is not natural and not healthy to breath) in addition to a strict requirement to wear a face mask at all times! Including infants! They even didn't allow that I wait inside not wearing a mask! This is sick and dystopian. Hope they will change this protocol soon

What a massive disappointment! We drove a long way to get here. Then, they required children aged 2,3 and 4 to wear masks. If they take off the mask, they must leave. They told us this when it was COMPLETELY empty! Not a single other person in the entire place. Only around 26 staff standing around chatting, doing nothing but destroy business. Most countries know that masks under 6 are dangerous!

The staff were rude and kept telling kids to put there mask on.we had a terrible time, they did not let kids go to places with their siblings.they said two can go and the third one had to stay out

Yes it was my first time to take my kids, but as most of guests mentioned the strictness of kids wearing masks all time! My child is less than 3 years! Secondly it was empty only my kids were there and the staff was cleaning! Even if we came in the last 2 hours before closing. After we got back to the hotel my baby started to cough it might be from the dust and also mask wearing in the small area they have. Also of course its not allowed eating while playing, but water there not allowing my boys to drink until there out! Kids will get thirsty after running…
It might be suitable for some people, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience for my kids and I don’t think I will take them back.

Staff at the gate has no proper judgment. Baby is a baby, even his size reach toddler size. Wearing mask for the baby age under 2 years is nonsense.

One of the strictest play areas i have been to, but very very clean. Very very well sanitized. Yes they are very particular about masks and sanitization.
Was relatively empty as probably people are unhappy about staff strictness as tough for kids to keep masks up. But if that isnt as issue for you. One of the finest and well made play areas ive seen over the years with my 5year old!
Round 2 going the next day, the receptionist is incredibly unwelcoming, maybe they should change the staff or train them towards attitude correction.

There is a female staff member here (probably manager) who is EXTREMELY RUDE. We brought our 6 year old and 1 year old for the first time but we had to walk away due to this lady's foul attitude. Our 1 year old was clearly under 80cm when measured on site but this woman was so adamant in charging us the same as our 6 year old which was bizarre and cheeky. We went to bambino Villa instead where we received a positive service- kids loved it!

Kids 10 years and 7 years can not enter alone. Need a parent. Parent has to sit all day, very boring. 7 year old kids can take care of themselves

Possibly the worst harborland in bkk and we have been to most.

Poor management and layout and dirty floors. We know because this is the only harborland/kidzoona/indoor playground that our socks are almost black after 1 hr in.

I would like to share my bad experience with this place and their staffs. I went to there with my two children. My daughter has dry skin which it is normal at dry season period. It doesn’t give have any infection with Medical certificate. I info them at entrance, they said there is no problem. After 30mins, they took my children out very rudely, and said to my daughter” you have problems, can’t play here”, my daughter was very afraid and crying all the time. She has to said to the staff that it is her problem, because of her skin! Horrible! At this time, we were alone at playground. They said to me because of your daughter, the cleaning lady has to clean all the time! I just want to share with all the parents: this place didn’t give any peace and education to children, they select children who are perfect! But they are no perfect children! My daughter has Nightmare everyday! We have to go see the Psychologist with her now! Please parents: THINK About IT BEFORE GO TO THIS Place! For your children and for your family!
