H Sukhumvit 43 Condominium

Frequent power outages。Almost every week there is a power outage, in a hot weather like Thailand, you can imagine.

Very nice and friendly staff. The building is located at the end of Soi sukhumvit 43. It has two gates on both sides and it’s very nice of them to let people in the neighborhood walk through.

Stunning location and building. In very good condition, quiet and the pool area (rooftop) is so relaxing. Advised to japanese tenants:)

Peaceful condo and good maintenance. The pool on the top is perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend it.

Excellent! Very good state condominium. The pool is really nice. I recommend for living or staying for few days. The location is also perfect, yet very quiet. I think it is one of the best condo in Bangkok

Stayed here for a couple of weeks and really liked the place, the gym facilities are great for a condo and the view is awesome when doing a workout ️

Horrible quality rooms and very over prized. After 1 year everything looks like sh** (walls, bathroom, sink, stove, tables). The roof top and the location are very nice, but you will find way better and cheaper places to live around. Also the front desk is useless. We requested a lot of stuff (Pest control, drying of wet walls, repairing the shower head) and nothing ever happened. I am very disappointed and moved out as soon as possible.

Luxury condo in a peaceful neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk to BTS Phromphong and Emporium Department store

Prime location, exclusive and luxurious place. Quiet area to live and easy access to hit the street to shppoing areas and nice reaturants are around either by walk or car, got free shuttle van service too. Nice spetacular skyview pool on top roof, love so much.
