8 Just find out recently that they have a buffet package, so I decided to give them a try. The meat quality wasn't bad at all, however nearly all of them are marinated (and a bit too sweet for my liking), but it was tender (for the most part) and even the more budget cut like the Rosu was also pretty good (actually look more like a chunk than a Rosu.)
It was a bit expensive though, costing around 915 net. (777+), and I do think you get a better overall experience from a place like Red Panda for cheaper (but then again, getting seats was super easy even during the Friday night, and they are a lot easier to access than the Panda)
There weren't a lot of appetiser option although the Takoyaki and the dumplings are pretty great (nice and hot.)
One major criticisms though, is that the dipping sauce was a major let down. So syrup sweet, and don't forget that their meat is already overly sweet to begin with. And there's no other option, you either you that syrup dip or eat your meat plain (frankly that's probably a better option.) I really wish they add a more neutral dip as an option even just a salt or lime juice is enough (they already give you the lime to adjust their sauce, but it's too sweet that you just can't make it palatable no matter how much lime you've added)
Overall thought, it's not a bad place. Not perfect by any mean but it's a fun experience. Great place to hang out with friends. Although this is probably closer to "3.5" rather than "4" stars
I ate BBQ lunch at Gyugyutei Japanese restaurant near BTS Asok station. I ordered a Beef lunch set cost about 8USD)
Today's lunch was a beef yakiniku set meal at the yakiniku restaurant "Gyugyu-tei" located in a commercial complex near Asoke Station in Bangkok.
We had sushi and other items on the lunch set menu, but in the end we decided on yakiniku.
The total price is 267THB (about 1090 yen)
It seems like they have an all-you-can-eat option, so I think I'll try that next time.
Personally, I would have been happier with a little more meat.
Cockroach's leg found in my ice. So sad that it was a delicious meal, but this is not acceptable.

Good place to have japanese grilled meat with beer. Some needs to grill by yourself but the staffs will take care of you.

Pretty mediocre yakiniku all around. The cuts of meat and the sauce aren’t terrible but they’re definitely not great either. Lots of better options around.
