This is the worst gucci’s shop in the whole world. On 31st may 2013 i went to the store. Man attribute section. There is one of the staff is so rude and impolite. We went there to bought something then just arrived in there the staff chase us like a dog.
That minutes onward we didin’t feel like buying anymore. Make us sick of the service. We have many things to buy in the first place. To have some gucci’s stuff for souvenirs as we are in bangkok.
The way they treat customer is the worst ever.
We have been to many gucci in many country. This is the worst ever.
Please don’t ever come to this shop if you don’t want to be disappointed with staff in here.

If you are from the Russian Federation, do not show your passport, otherwise the goods will not be sold and tax free will not be issued. You say that you are from any other country, but you don’t have a passport. When asked why this is so, they apologize and talk about the rules from the main office
I don't get it why many people give low rating for this place. I just go there a minute ago, and accompanied by Mr. Mawin. He got perfect english and patient. I came there with suitcase, many plastic bag (just shopping from the market), not dress well. I only bought card holder, and he still really served us very well.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Gucci store and I feel the need to share my disappointment. As a frequent shopper of luxury brands, I had high expectations for Gucci, but unfortunately, they did not meet them.
Firstly, the staff at the store were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and gave me the impression that my presence was an inconvenience to them. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
We decided to go to this store to look for a backpack because mine just broke even though the rating was only 2.7 and sounds like most of the staff had an attitude especially when you don’t buy a bunch of products! Our sales was named Cream, interesting name. She was very helpful, polite and patient and brought me 5 back pack to examine! Too bad I didn’t like any of them, if I like Le the style there wasn’t enough pooches and vice versa! I didn’t like any of them to spend 100,000 baht on it! But I did like the wallets and card holders with the tiger and snake, my brother in law was born in the year of the tiger and I’m born in the year of the snake! I’m planning to go back and buy them and I’ve got her contact and make sure I’ll see her for the purchase because she patiently spent time with us! I’ve been in sales for 35 years and know how hard it is to sell and. Or every customer respects the sales person!

Appalling service from this store compared to other stores in other countries that I have visited and purchased pieces from. Not one of the five team members greeted me into the stores or even asked if I needed assistance.

I would gave minus 3 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Feel like I have to beg SA for their service. Products are good but just like other luxury brands. Why it’s so hard to buy stuff! Unfriendly and turn off my shopping mood!
ให้ต่อคิวรอตั้งนานประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงได้ ไม่มี SA เดินมาถามซักคนว่าจะรับสินค้าตัวไหน พอถึงคิวจะได้เข้า shop กลับบอกว่า สินค้าตัวนี้ไม่มีใน shop ให้ไปดูที่ pop up store คือโกรธมากกก แล้วก่อนหน้านั้นให้ยืนรอทำไม

Worst gucci store i ever been! Look at you like you have no money. Wait 2 hours and get ignore. Never ever come again, not even offer water. Im not surprised so many bad reviews. All of the staffs are so unwell behave. If you are that rich and look down at people, you should not work in hospitality industry, we are all equal! I recommend you guys to go emporium or king power, they are much nicer.
PLEASE GO TO EMPORIUM OR CENTRAL EMBASSY!
One of the worst customer service I have ever seen from a brand name shop in Thailand.
They should have known that there are many people will be coming on a weekend and they had less than 10 people to serve customers inside. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours in the queue, and once went in they mentioned that they don't have representative. Then what we saw was they had taken in 3 more groups who were behind us in the queue, and they had representatives immediately. Then waited 10 more minutes and I started to talking to a representative and his answer was their queue management is not properly set up, so we have to wait.
I understand if this happened in Zara, H&M or some basic shop. But Gucci is a brand name shop and you wait 1.5 hours and come in, not to window shop. None of the staff were helpful despite the young gentleman who assisted in getting a representative after a while.
Thereafter, the representative was not eager to sell anything to us and once we said we want to see wallets, her answer was "let us know what, we can't show you everything". This is the first time I heard that brand name shop does not want to show everything they got.
Best thing was the shop manager lady (I guess) giving some looks at me, as if we are there to get some charity.
As they don't have the courtesy to serve customers, we went back to our usual Emporium branch and it was a wonderful experience. Khun Ant was very helpful and I regret that being there in Siam Paragon at first place.
If you want a hassle free Gucci experience, please select another branch other than Siam Paragon. Experience their literally sucks.
One of the staffs are so lack of service mind and her attitude is unacceptable. She doesn’t even care to even offer or check the privilege that the customer like me is entitle too! I have lost my gift card redemption because of her. Worst experience ever and from now on I shouldn’t even visit them again! Shout out to Central Embassy, their staffs are much more respectful.

I was waiting in the line and the staff told me to wait to go inside but all of a sudden out of nowhere four people just walked inside and the staff let them. Workers there thinks they are verry important specially the oldest girl.
