Gucci Emporium

The store was empty but we were asked if we had an appointment. They let us enter but the gentleman following us around seemed more distrustful of us than helpful. Most of the staff looked morose and unhappy. Salesman’s attitude improved when he saw we were knowledgeable about their products but snootiness from a salesperson is something that I don’t care about. Go across to LV for a much better shopping experience in this range of products. Gave it 2 star as Gucci did have a good selection of sunglasses in various shapes.

No one inside, and I been ask to wait outside. Where the Managment study retail and costumer cares? In JJ Market? Team do not have any responsibility just follow the orders! Ridiculous.

The story is that we just walked and wanted to see the new Gucci store at Empurium. But what impression me the most is the service mindset. We got a really really warm welcome from a staff name Paan (ปั้น), he said he is not the associate here yet but did well on welcoming and walking us around the store.

At the end, we ended up buying one of the wallets here because the kindness of Paan.

I love this newly refurbished Gucci store, the new look is very refreshing very now totally unlike the previous one which was old and dark in comparison. The same fabulous sales team run this store, 5 star service all the way having tax free option makes the purchase an extra bargain for me.

Have always respected Gucci, so stopped by the other day and took a look. The staff followed us and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. No other guests were treated this way. Guess which brand is off my list? Adios Gucci.

One of the best Gucci showrooms out there! Always it's not so busy, variety of products and a very kind staff. Just next to the LV store in Emporium. Ask for Khun Ant and she is very helpful. Also, really really good service.

Great service even though u just wanted to look. But then because of the friendly kind service of k. Booy I decided to buy the bag. Will buy stuffs from Gucci again because of her.

I love Gucci but I don't recommend this flagship unless you have a high tolerance for snobbish service.

ใส่ชุดทำงานธรรมดา สะพายกระเป๋า high street เข้าไปซื้อ ยืนดูและเลือกอยู่นาน ไม่มีใครสนใจ จนหยิบมาลองทาบดู พนักงานถึงเดินเข้ามา แต่เจตนาน่าจะกลัวเราหยิบของมาลองเล่นมากกว่า ไม่มี service mind เป็นพนักงานขาย ไม่รู้จะหยิ่งใส่ลูกค้าทำไม พอซื้อแล้วเดินออกมา ไปซื้อ YSL ต่อ พนักงานดีมาก น่ารักกว่ามาก แถมแนะนำโปรของห้าง ว่าสามารถเอาใบเสร็จไปจับฉลากเพื่อรับคูปองเงินสดเพิ่มได้ แถมเดินไปแลกให้ โดยที่พนักงาน Gucci ไม่แนะนำอะไรเลย ถ้าไม่ไปอีกแบรนด์ก็น่าจะเสียสิทธิ์ไปฟรีๆเพราะไม่รู้ บอหเลยว่าไม่ประทับใจอย่างแรง สำหรับ Gucci ในทุกห้าง เพราะเจอแบบนี้ตลอด
