We went on holiday to Thailand for the third time and twice through Greenwood travel. Our experience with them is simply great. Everything is arranged down to the last detail. We like that everything is arranged including the transfers. We started in Bangkok, Krabi, Koh Sok National Park and to Koh Lanta. We always let Greenwood select the hotels to your complete satisfaction. Domestic flight to Bangkok was canceled but we had to catch our flight to Dubai. After some consultation, Ernst Otto Smit came up with a wonderful proposal. We took an earlier flight and they had booked a hotel in Bangkok where we could leave our suitcases. And we still had a whole afternoon in Bangkok for shopping.
Everything was arranged free of charge beyond expectations, where else can you find such good service?

We are already looking for where our next trip will go and will definitely book this again through Greenwood travel.

We went to Thailand for 18 days, in 7 different places. Green Wood had everything arranged very well and is very flexible. I had my preferences for certain accommodations, which Green Wood immediately incorporated into the itinerary. Taxis were always ready for us on time. Everything was booked in advance and everyone knew about our arrival. A super relaxing holiday, without a lot of arranging yourself!
A tip: During our holiday, contact was a little slower and we often had to wait a day for a response.
