Great Residence Hotel

This hotel is having swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Plenty of rooms. Wi-fi available but slow connection. Rooms are poorly maintained. Mosquitoes are free gift for you. Airport is very nearby that advantage.airport pickup available.

The rooms were small but sufficient for one night. It is purely an airport hotel. The pool is a great way to refresh yourself after a stressful day. You can also have a bite to eat and drink by the pool for little money. The shuttle to the airport worked perfectly and took just 5 minutes. I would sleep here again.

I called him from the airport and he came to pick me up. You can rest assured if you arrive late at night. There is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage so it wasn't a problem.

Terrible place. Bad service and staff. Dirty bedding, kettle in the bedroom but no sachets, no cup, saucer or spoon, what a horrible night, cancelled return booking

It’s a hotel generally for 1 night stays for people going to and from the airport. For this purpose it was great.
Easy check-in process, the shuttle service was on time, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, food in the restaurant was good & arrived fast, pool is nice, room was clean.
For the price and the customer service it was a great deal.

So dirty. Me and my travel mate felt itchy right after we lie down on the bed. And I found a dead mosquito body under my pillow right after we entered the room. Floor was full of dust. Can’t believe the room was cleaned. There were a lot of mosquitoes and flies in the room, so we bought mosquitoes spray by ourselves, but it was not enough.

Helpful staff, who helped carry my bags as I just had leg surgery.
Restaurant on site with decent food but quite expensive.
I didn't use the outdoor swimming pool but it looked OK.
Airport shuttle available for 100 THB, same as a metered taxi cost.
Location is great for an early morning flight / late arrival flight.

A very good hotel very close to the airport so that you can serenely do the checking before leaving.
They have a shuttle service for dropping you off to the airport.

I've been there 3 times and I'm always very satisfied.

So I consider it as one of the most relevant.
I positively recommend.

Literally one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, hair on the bed and even the shower gel was half empty and opened. Get a different one.

We've booked a room with free breakfast, but the restaurant was closed, we just had a paper box with a Nescafé, a banana, and a mini croissant from 7/11
The good point was the shuttle from and to the airport

For $13 USD, a great value. Had a 14 hr stopover in BKK and this provided some rest at a great price, with a free shuttle back to the airport.

สาบานได้ผมจองผ่านอโกด้า เข้าพักวันที่2กพ. 2020 เป็นห้องพักที่ราคาสูงเมื่อเทียบจากที่พักรอบข้าง ภายในห้องเฟอนิเจอเก่าหมด ผ้าเช็ดตัวใช้รับลูกค้าจากสีขาวใช้จนเป็นสีน้ำตาลขุ่นแลดูสกปรกมากงงว่ายังกล้าใช้รับลูกค้า จนผมแทบไม่กล้าเอามาเช็ด สาบานไดว่ามียุกบินให้ว่อนในห้อง พนักงานชายพาข้นมาส่งอธิบายเสร็จเห็นยุงบินก็เดินออกไปเฉย ปลั๊กไฟเต้าเสียบหลุดออกชัดเจนข้างประตูทางเข้า มีภาพเก็บใว้ไม่ได้พูดลอยๆ เสียดายตังมาก ถ้าคืนเงินให้สักครึ่งจะย้ายออกไปพักโรงแรมอื่นทันที แปลกใจพวกที่รีวิวว่าดีเป็นลูกค้ารีวิวจิงหรือสร้างขึ้นเองบิดเบือนความจริงเป็นอย่างมาก สาบานได้นี่คือเรื่องจิง

ห้องพักความสะอาดให้7/10 ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก ห้องไม่สามารถกันเสียงได้เลย โดยเฉพาะห้องติดบันได ได้ยินคนเดินขึ้นลงทั้งคืน ห้องข้างๆก็คุยกันได้ยินชัดแจ๋ว ทำให้พักผ่อนได้ไม่เต็มที่ ข้อดีก็มีบ้าง มีไดรเป่าผม รองเท้าฟองน้ำให้ มีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ไม่มีข้อบ่งใช้ ไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในระแวกใกล้เคียง พนักงานขาดรอยยิ้มครับ

Great for the price and the town is amazing. More of a locals town, not tourist. I would Definatley dry here again without a doubt

Great hotel, but the restaurant is very bad, pad thai bland and beer hot. I turned that dish into an hashtray.

Only passable as a stop over from the airport. Time are small and dated and not incredibly clean. It was pretty clearly the bedclothes hasn't hadn't been washed since the last customer. There's a pool, but it was dirty and had detritus in it. The hotel is next to a dirty garbage filled River, so the whole place smells a bit like an old swamp.

Aside from the mattress being a little stiff, I loved this place. (Although I loved it for what I needed it for, which was a resting space for a 15 hour layover.) It's not really in a touristy area at all and I even walked to restaurants and they didn't have any English on their menus it was only in Thai. I liked this, being more out of the tourist areas, as it seemed more authentic, but I don't speak Thai so I didn't eat at those places lol. I decided to go back to the hotel to eat and honestly, amazing food. I had a sundried beef fried rice, and it might have been the best friend rice I had ever had in my life. We also had crab fried rice, because I love crab, which was very good but I favored the beef, and we had pork neck. The bartenders were so sweet and helpful. All of the staff was incredible. They carried my bags up and down the stairs. They called us when our shuttle arrived at 3am to make sure that we wouldn't miss the shuttle back to the airport. I accidentally left my passport in the hotel room and the guy ran it to me so that I wouldn't forget it. Overall, amazing service, excellent prices, superb food, great drinks, affordable all around, clean, very very nice. I didn't go in the pool but I did see a lot of people using it.
Don't forget your bugspray also! Anywhere in Thailand the mosquitos are pretty bad so if you want to enjoy the great outside bar or pool area, just get some bugspray!

Front desk staff are impolite and aggressive. Mosquito; towel very old and damage not change! Free shuttle from airport but the driver always ask for tip! Far from the market!

Very good value for money. It's not four star but very comfortable rooms and beds. Very clean. Excellent restaurant with good choice of food, Thai and European. Good outdoor pool and sun lounging area. Nice situation beside a river/waterway. Watch out for mosquitoes though! Convenient to the airport with fast shuttle service. Would recommend at the price.
