Grandprapa Place reviews
9It's quite deep into the soi but a variety of food options 200m out. AC is freezing cold if that's your thing. There's a rather wide balcony running the width of the generously sized room. Friendly staff too.
This hotel/service apartment is available for short term and long term rent. This place have 24/7 security and hotel staff always cleans the lobby and hallways every floor. Rooms are very spacious, have kitchenette, a big balcony and also a gym.
Hotel management and staff were very kind and helpful. The surrounding area is peaceful and they have a laundry shop + coffee shop in the ground floor.
Nearby have many food stalls, courier (J&T), 7-11 shops, Miki-cha desserts and restaurants that you can choose from (Thai Isan restuarants, Shabu Nangnai, Nene Korean Buffet and Mexican Resto) - all are walking distance.
Stay away from that place if you looking for rent appartement long term in Bangkok, i am thai, i am born in Thailand, i know the laws in my country but here the owner don't care about new laws, electric bill very high.i never see that.more then 5'000 Bahts per month only for electric! When you ask name and number company for check electric bill, they not give you! You can be sure the owner over charge custumers more then double. Very bad feeling and of course no body for control the laws.hope one day, all bad owners in Thailand will pay for what they do bad to custumers!

Noisy place
Bad smoking smell in building
Personal not take care custumers
No taxi
No motorbike
Owner don't care custumers
Never ever again
It's a nice service apartment.well located, though located at the end of a street, bit difficult to find out for the first time. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Service at reception is good.the only drawback, they don't provide breakfast and there is no room service. Just for stay, its surely a good place. But, my personal preference would be 'stay with breakfast'. Drinking water bottle is provided but there is no kettle service for making tea or coffee in the room. If the management can look into these few areas, that would provide great value add to the place. I would recommend the place to my friends & family.
Pros -
Rooms are good.
Hotel staff is good. Especially the manager Mr. Pom, always ready to help you with anything.
Has a gym on the top floor.
Nice terrace to enjoy the evening with beer.
Close to the Rotfai market the night market.
Cons - (not much)
TV doesn't have English channels.
Poor Wifi.
Overall, good and cheap place to stay while you're in Bangkok.
This place is a good overnight inn. Rooms here are big and clear. The location is convenient; many food stores and shopping malls are around there.
Cheap and small nice hotel that also works as an apartment. The staff are very helpful and there is a nice medium sized patio/balcony with views on the neighborhood. Only issue is that it is quite deep inside the soi (alley) so either take a motorbike taxi or be ready to sweat.
