Very nice place to stay. The only negative point to mention is the location. To get to the centre takes a while. The people at the hotel are real friendly and forthcoming

Simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Phenomenal service and rooms. Words cannot describe how great this hotel is.

I booked 2 suites for my family.
This the second out of the four nights.
We are enjoying the rooms tremendously and it also comes with great in-room dining services after a day of shopping.

7-eleven convenience stores are less than a 5 minute walk and also a supermarket located in Thonglor 8 is just 3 mins away.

Just had a 30 mins swim at level 5 and I am loving it.

The location is good. I was worried about the noise because the room was on the club side, but I slept well. The hot water came out well and there was a bathtub, so it was nice to take a half-body bath. The parking lot is spacious and overall I'm satisfied.

The transport from the airport to the hotel was waiting for me in front of the airport. Safe driver in a new car. Handled my bags. Room is nice and room service serves great food. Highly recommended.

A little expensive the sha is good as everywhere.
Room are good but swimming pull at 5 floor it's cold with no view.

I want to give this place 5 stars. It was clean, in a safe, nice neighborhood, and the pool area was excellent. However, when I stay at a nice hotel I expect them to help look out for my best interests. Bangkok is exhausting because of all the people trying to overcharge us, or who purposely give us incorrect change. Therefore, it makes me really mad when the bellman tries to charge us double the meter price for a taxi ride to the airport, by selling it as a "fixed" price that "includes everything. "They should be better than that.

Felt that for the price paid, we were satisfied with our stay. Best memories were the hotel lobby and smell, decor, complimentary drinks section, complimentary minibar, complimentary tuk tuk service (every 20min shuttle service) to Thonglor BTS from 7am to 10pm +, wonderful spa partner at L5, the comfy bed, spacious and clean room, great shower facilities and water closet. It can be hot walking to Thong Lor BTS around 15min so the tuk tuk service is a nice addition for guests.

The only let downs were the less than average toiletries, choice of sofa, and check in process where there was a mismatch of information between Agoda and hotel. Hotel did not recognise the additional onsen add in which we booked via Agoda and mentioned to us that this was a third party issue despite presenting the confirmation via mobile. We had to call Agoda and felt that 1-2 hours time were unnecessarily wasted in the process. We were invited to wait in our room to sort out and the hotel eventually issued us the 3 days of coupons for 2 individuals valued at 650 baht per person. Agoda followed up with an email requesting us to pay upfront and submit for refunds but thankfully we did not have to go through the hassle as the hotel receptionist relented in giving us the onsen passes.

Overall was a nice stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice and convenient with the whole Alternative quarantine & PCR test. They have nurses from near by hospital to get you swabbed when you first arrive which saves a visit to the hospital when you are jet-lagged just getting in - a nice plus.

It was pleasant experience though my stay was for quarantine. Hotel staff of Front desk and Room service/ Housekeeping was very accommodative and tried to meet my food requirements.
All the arrangements from check in to check out were very well organized.

I notice a few things I have to mention to better your carbon footprint and services. There where 3 balanced supplimental meals a day, I think there food was very selective and you had reasonable variety, I was choosng the more healthier dishes. There was no choice option of not having desert on your menu so I waisted 2 weeks worth of deserts and would rather them go to homeless people during covid. Also I was opting for no drink sometimes but it still came with my meals the menus need review and update. You should be using recycalled paper cups, recycalled woodern cutlery (not in Plastic bags) recycling paper bags the meals come in. It is so much less damage to the planet. Also I asked for my own cutlery and a plate so I can wash it every time and when I ate my meals, I had 40 Plastic bags of cutlery in my draw by the time I left. Times that by the amount of people staying on arriving it's hideous! It Needs to be acted apon now because it ends up in the oceans. I could see how much it is uneccersarry. Maybe give people the option to just have a real plate ️ and wash there dishes in sink.that will be so much better for our planet Earth. There is far to much waisted plastic in Thailand especially 7/11 and family Mart (what's with the plastic straws with every drink) ? Bags, straws, sauce and it can easily be changed with my advice. The staff where so lovely I really appreciate them being so friendly. And i think if you give people the option of having an exercise machine of there choice like I did in there room. It will be a more healthy experience for everyone.
Thank the staff they where brilliant and made my experience feel very welcoming and homely. Best way to quarentine with an amazing view overlooking Bangkok and plenty of good movie channels in all different languages. I learned alot surprisingly from this experience. With best wishes to all.

Just arrived back into Thailand.this is my Aqs service hotel.so far im really impressed. I couldn't use the facilities, due to covid even though they had no guest.and i wish id booked a suite 15 days in that little room was driving me a little crazy.nice hotel.bathroom was amazing.i loved the bathroom

There are Blue spices restaurant that it has dinner buffet. There are many Thai and Chinese foods. Price is 420 baht net per person.

I'm using this hotel as the 14 days ASQ quarantine hotel. The space in their suite is much bigger in comparison to many hotels. This makes the hotel good value for my money. So far, I haven't check out yet, but I can confirm that the service is great. They know how to deal with many difficult demand from clients who are in quarantine.

Peaceful atmosphere and Pool Floor! Rooms are neat and clean with a beautiful view from a very large window.

Your hotel was good all around.
Very good accommodation, service and adherence to the protocols of covid 19.

Attracted by the onsen from let's relax, the hotel does meet my expectation. Welcome drink is good and change everyday. Breakfast is reasonable while room is spacious. It is not a luxury hotel but give you the required thing for holiday. For the swimming pool, water is cold because sunshine is blocked in the morning

Very good except they wrongly charged us for missing bathrobe but we didn't take it, the housekeeper took it.

Great value for such an excellent hotel. It’s location is in the center of area full of restaurants, bar and shopping center. Although it’s a little bit far from the BTS station, there’s a shuttle bus to take you to BTS station. It would be good if the shuttle bus schedule can be more frequent.

Luxurious hotel with fine amenities at a reasonable price. Onsite Onsen was a delightful indulgence.
