If you like sharing an apartment with ants, termites, cockroaches and rats, then this is the place for you.
Very dirty with lazy, rude staff.
Overcharging for electricity is the norm here. On one occasion I queried my bill and checked the meter, with the power in my room switched off, the meter was still running. Accident?
The gym is dilapidated to the point of being dangerous.
The ground floor restaurant serves small portions of poor quality food.
But it's not all doom and gloom, the swing pool is great, the pool surround, however, is badly maintained with broken termite infested furniture.

I went here for 1 month stay for 12000 baht. It's a little old but has a rooftop pool and is in a great area. I would rate 3 out of 5 stars if they didn't scam me for the electric bill and cleaning service. From the 12k deposit I received 6k back because my electric bill was 3500, cleaning service for 1500, what actually amazes me considering it's a 20m2 condo and it was cleaner then the day I moved in. To make it even worse, I checked out after 20 days, actually saved myself about 2k for electricity, this might be the only positive side of the story.

โลเคชั่นดีมาก แต่ค่อนข้างเก่า ผู้เช่าต้องดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายซ่อมแซมห้องให้หอพัก ทั้งที่เราแจ้งปัญหาก่อนเข้าพักแล้ว แต่ก็ต้องมาแก้เอง ไม่ค่อยได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากผู้ดูแล

I had been living here for more than 10 years. It's an old building but the fee is not expensive. And it's convenient because close to the pier Thonglor where canal boats are available.

This is actually a pretty nice place for the money. The building is a little beat up but my room is really cute and newly refinished. Plus I can take a shower without spreading water all over the bathroom! That's rare for Thailand. So the shower is separate from the toilet. I hate places where you have to dry the whole bathroom after a shower. So pretty good setup for the money although the building doesn't look too great when you come in.

Cheap place to rent for apartment and good area. But be careful here is cheating on electric bill. Happened to me many time but I’m complaining about it because it’s not fair. This is the picture of the Electric meter. And this is a bill they give me. โกงหนักมากถ้าไม่ท้วงก็ไม่รู้ว่าเรารู้น่าเกลียดมาก. ไม่แปลกใจเลยตอนนี้ว่าทำๆมคนถึงย้ายออกเยอะมาก.

บริการดีแค่วันแรกที่ย้ายเข้า นอกจากนั้นแย่มาก เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สนใจอะไรเลย แจ้งเรื่องอะไรไปก็ไม่เคยเทคเเอคชั่นให้ ถ้าจะทำธุรกิจแล้วหวังแค่เงินแต่การบริการแย่ก็พอเถอะ
