Grand Diamond - Pratunam

Don't waste your money. Not even worth 1 star. Very outdated in the rooms. Don't be fooled by the photos on their website. Travelled with family. We had 2 rooms, complained about the state of the 1st rooms and got moved but they weren't much better. Photos are of my second room. Carpet was filthy, curtains ripped, bathroom disgusting, dirty walls, ripped curtains, window that doesn't close properly. Fittings hanging off walls The kitchenette was dirty, no utensils or crockery supplied and the freezer door was missing from the filthy fridge. I'm just pleased I had no plans to use the kitchen area at all. Also, hotel manager is a scammer. Insisted on taking us out to get a taxi, negotiated thr price of 150 baht with the driver, once we were in the taxi, he was talking to the driver in Thai, the driver was clearly uncomfortable with what was being said, he then passed the manager 50 Baht who then closed the door and shouted to me "200 Baht" and off the taxi went. Only good thing about the hotel was the rest of the staff, all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't too bad either. If it wasn't for the fact that this was my 1st time in Bangkok and I don't know the area, I'd have checked out straight away and demanded a refund.

Moderate, starting to require repairs, places a bit worn.super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The hotel is noisy from outside, amazing? When I came to the hotel too early in the morning, I had to pay 1000 thb (fine) ? Because of the noise, I won't come back if I come to Thailand.

The pictures on website and the real establishment is day and night difference. Need major work!

Hotel and suites near the fashion and textile wholesale markets. Many local foods and eateries at this precinct. Lots of budget hotel for you to choose from too. Street hawkers are operating at night. Is a busy Thanon on Pratunam.

A true suite hotel.simple lobby, large room with kitchen & lounge, clean & cozy.and most importantly, located at an extremely convenient location!

My goodness if you want clothes on the bargain, go here and make sure ur travel cases are empty so you can bring it all back. It's a mall 5 levels big for just clothes. 1 of the floors are for men's clothes and the rest for the ladies

Great location but difficult to get public transport. Traffic very congested most of the time.
Not airbnb friendly

Water refill machine always broken, management does not care. Big rats near swimmimg pool, no one gives a damn. Building is full of pests, management never do anything. Other than good location, no positive thing about this building.

Update: Now they removed water machines and have no plans to put new machines. Who the hell drinks expensive water from 7-11 daily?
One of the lift is broken since 2 months and they are always extending deadline for repairing.

Advice to management: Stop acting so stupid and do something for residents. Drinking water is basic necessity, stop being so dumb.

This place is in prime location. The platinum fashion mall is in walkable area plus big market across the road. Apart from good bargain products mentioned earlier, also you can walk to Central World and Siam area. All that is everything you need. BTS station is not too far as well so you can go to other area on BTS line easily. If you want to go to old town bangkok by taxi, it won’t cost you more than 100 baht.

Reside 2 days at this condo. Nice room and atmosphere. Shopping centres and food are so nearby. However, short stay room rent in Thailand is conflict with present law.

The unit is good. Good view, good price. But the receptionist not friendly enough. Please fix it.

We went for a bowling game here. It was good. However the shops mostly have high end stuff. A bit of a waste of the shopping centre.

Good place to find some discounted clothes. Also has a few snacks available, and some restaurants on the ground floor
