What we have here is an aging yet still charming boutique hotel that is painstakingly maintained. I am a high maintenance guest, and staff has been charming and accommodating taking care of all my little needs. There are comfortable seats and tables in the lobby for you to work on your laptop. There are coffee and pastries available at the reception desk. There is not 24-hour staff for check-in. However, your keys will be left in an accessible place with instructions from the hotel on how to retrieve them at night. Example of service. I had hand washed shirts hung up to drip dry. When the maid service the room, she added enough hangers so that all the shirts had one. I find it charming and comfortable here and will stay again whenever I am in Bangkok.

The hotel is passing by tonight. If you come and want to save money on accommodation and go to the market, the best thing is that it is close to the BTS metro, so transportation is possible and you do not need a taxi because Bangkok is very unpleasant in terms of the streets.

The hotel is very bad first in terms of cleanliness, very dirty. I will talk in detail as soon as you enter the room, a foul smell. The rooms in general are old. The bed is worn out. The bathroom is old and the toilet is very adjacent to the sink. You cannot sit. Unfortunately, the bathroom is uncovered on the room because on one side it is like glass that reveals from the inside and outside. Also, there are stains on the floor, in addition to the external disturbance. The windows are tired and unfortunately do not isolate the sound. Also, the curtains are a transparent curtain that does not have a lining. The bed is not comfortable at all in terms of the mattress, cover, mattresses, pillow, and the air conditioner is annoying. In general, the room is disgusting, and in the end, the price is very expensive compared to the room. They took almost 3,500 baht from me for two nights, and by God, it is not worth 500 baht. My advice is from the heart, and to the Arabs in general, and our people in the Gulf in particular. Beware, then beware, and book it with 100% regret.

Great value and location (next to chit lom bts) is what you can take from this friendly hotel.

Don't expect 5 star facilities for the price you are paying but you get 5 Star for it's location, proximity, nearby cafe and next-door excellent massage every night. Hotel room are definitely old and need much renovation. Otherwise it is average-good for short stay visitors.

Note:
(a) Rooms are old and in need of renovation. Poor sound proofing and some noises at night are inevitable so light sleepers please take note.

(b) No toothbrush/toothpaste are provided. 2 mins away there is a 7-11 nearby if you need to buy any.

(c) Bed and pillow are not very comfortable. Definitely need alot of room upgrade if need to continue the hotel business. My heartfelt advice to the management. Such a great location and will be a great waste if guest can't enjoy basic comfort.

My humble conclusion:
Expect the pros and cons for this budget hotel if you have no expectations and I only recommend it to guests ideally intend for short visit,

I chose to stay here because I was surprising my family in an expensive hotel close by.
I thought this hotel was great with a very good location right by Chit Lom, and easy to walk to places.
Must pay a deposit of 1000bht
I extended my stay and needed to change rooms but the staff gave me a room opposite my original one.

Room 1:
King Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, room was pretty quiet. Air conditioning was good, shower was great with shampoo and conditioner included.

Room 2:
Twin beds (quite big) at the front on the hotel, closer to the road so a little bit noisier than room 1 but did not disturb my sleep.
Air con didn’t seem as strong as room 1.shower was great. Room was a bit smelly but they’re trying by placing room fresheners in the room

Both rooms had a kettle but no tea or coffee. I travelled with tea so it was ok but perhaps they could provide a couple of tea and coffee sachets - there is the coffee shop downstairs so I guess this is why.

Staff: Very friendly and kind. Don’t forget to ask for your deposit back because mine wasn’t automatically given.

Beware! When they cleaned our room they went through all our bags and something went missing

Convenient place to stay. Nice host. 30m away from Suvarnabhumi airport. Location is near BTS, bus, many malls and markets. Can walk to those place but recommend to walk at night because it's toooo hot to walk in the morning

Near Chitlom station. Nearly 7-11 buy food and drink.
Cozy hotel, located in the alley is also easy to find.
Nv very cute. I checked in without any deposit.
Note that the reception is available from 8am to 8pm. Those who are late, please scan the card to enter. If you go out early, leave the room key at the counter and you're done.

Best place for relaxation. The massage house, proper massage not your hanky panky massage, beside it is part of the hotel management. The staff is really friendly and professional. Recommended.

A good place to stay short and long term. Excellent location and nice design and decorations. I also enjoyed the small cafe downstairs to kick start the day.

The place is fine, very central and easy to find. The only disappointment was that there was only cold water in the shower, that really put us off a bit

We just needed a place to sleep and for that it is fine, dont expect anything fancy

The hotel is located nearby a club and it’s super noisy at night. The room service is bad. When i need to iron my dress for the next meeting, the receptionist keeps saying that they don’t have the iron because they let other customer use it before. So the whole hotel only has one iron to use? Inside the bathroom, there is no comb or toothpaste or any hand soap at least. Super bad service!

This hotel has a very cheap price. The hotel's position is very great for tourists that need to travel in the Bangkok, because its located near BTS Chit Lom station.

It’s not a palace but you get what you pay for. Great location, good price, good service. They deserve 5 stars for sure since nothing disappointed me at this place and the girl at the reception was hilarious.

Great location, close to BTS, Chit Lom and Central Chit Lom.
Hotel environment is not good, smelly inside the room.

Simple n clean, exit Chit lom BTS n use exit 3, once on the street look for Beer Republic, go further down, turn left before Forever Hungry restaurant.
