I honestly had a great experience, the staff was very helpful and the nail artist took her time to make sure everything is just the way I want.

Overall, the service was bad, she was rude when she speaks English cos most of the time I don’t understand her cos she speaks broken English, that wasn’t my fault very inpatient, terrible experience! She ruined my day! (the lady she wearing a glasses)

Had my nails done here when I arrived in Bangkok, seems to be one of the only places to do polly gel over natural nails. I showed the girls what I wanted shape/style they were perfect. I would highly recommend.

Professional friendly work, very happy with my gel nailart. Reasonably priced. Be sure to make appointment I saw them turn away walk-in customers because busy.

I walked into the salon without an appointment and walked out with a super pretty set of nails! My nail artist was nice and professional and gave me a beautiful result! I recommend!

ที่ร้านมีความใส่ใจในความต้องการของลูกค้ามากๆค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องความยาวของเล็บ บอกพี่ตรงๆว่าขอเล็บสั้นๆนิดนึง เพราะกลัวพิมพ์มือถือไม่ถนัด พี่เขาก็ใจเย็นรอกรอเล็บจนได้ความยาวที่พอใจค่ะ อีกอย่างที่นี่มีความพิถีพิถันในการเพ้นท์ลายให้มากๆค่ะ ประทับใจมากๆค่ะ

Thank you for making my day. It's my first time in Bangkok, and I heard this salon is the best to go to, as my hotel is near JJ Market. The owner was helpful in showing me where to go eat and visit afterwards. My friends and I already planning to get a spa pedi before leaving Thailand.

Highly recommended. The nail technicians were highly trained. Look for Nong Pam. She is super good in nail art. She did my galaxy nails and the end result was super duper good and long lasting. Just show her the design you want and she can deliver accordingly. Price is reasonable as well.

The customer service was great. The finished product wasn't. They were helpful in booking an appointment and when I was an hour late they stayed late and accommodated me which was really awesome. However it took the guy almost 2.5 hours to do my nails which was a bit crazy, and the finished products were terribly huge and bulky. They were so thick is was a bit ridiculous. The nail art in their in frames though was super impressive and I liked their nail polish selection. However if your just getting a set put on you only get to choose from about 20 colors and its fairly bland unless you pay more. I found the price I was already paying for basic nails (about 50 Canadian) to be high already so I didn't splurge, which was a good thing because the nails only stayed on a week before falling off. Its too bad because I really liked the lady who helped my book the appointment and the staff for the most part were nice, maybe I just got a less skilled technician.

Great little hideout in a more local environment. Showed a photo off the internet and staff was able to achieve 90% similar design! Appointment recommended as they are always busy! Great value. Very friendly staff and can speak and understand english.

Just avoid going to salons and nail spas in those areas.

But this one i am loving it. Would visit again for sure!

Just wish the staffs could speak more english. Other than that, their attitudes are very good and patient with me.

Really bad experience, awful service and attitude from staff. They spoke poor English and did not seem to want to engage. When I questioned them whether their stated price includes cuticle cleaning (it does not) and commented that it seemed pricey without, they had the gall to tell me to go to Union Mall instead! "There have many shops, maybe cheaper for you". This was told to me by a male staff, perhaps the owner, and the only one who spoke English. Very superior, standoff ish attitude, clearly badmouthing me to other staff in Thai when I was standing directly in front of them. I've never experienced any business owner purposely driving customers away before, and it is such a shame as I read excellent reviews of this place and made a trip up just to get my nails done there. Very disappointed.

Here's a small fantastic nail salon between Union Mall and Central Plaza Lad Prao. They have a lot of brand name polishes to choose. When I got there I saw a lot of customers getting beautiful nail art done. But I didn't have the time for nail art. So I'll have to go back again. But I'm really happy with my taxi cab yellow manicure!
