A very fantastic experience where you can eat authentic Italian food, not too much expansive in Bangkok. It was my first time there but I felt at home, the quality of the food is good and really fresh. The manager, and the Chef came to our table to make sure everything we were eating was to our liking. Last night my friends and I decided to try this Italian experience, we had a really good time, abundant servings, the delicacies of this place make you feel in Italy by closing your eyes, all accompanied by beautiful Italian songs, kind and helpful staff, the manager Arthom and the chef took care of us and immediately welcomed us and accompanied us with professionalism I recommend everyone to go.

Quite good Italian food in the Siloam Sathorn area. The wild boar ragu was amazing along with the razor clams in white wine sauce. The artichoke salad was as lacking in flavor but it had a very nice texture. They also have valet service which is needed in that area. The staff is also attentive and on hand if needed.

Came here but didn't try the beef. I regret it. Need to go back and try the beef. Food was good overall, and nice warm true Italian service.

This 5,200Baht 2pax dinner is my 10th time here in 2 years, food use to be very good, service use to be okay except the one time I ordered a delivery and it was packed really poorly, everything spilled all over and the restaurant didn’t apologize nor take any action upon hearing.

My visit this time was totally something else, the restaurant kept insisting they don’t sell steak under 400grams because it’s hard to grill or in their exact word “ the steak size has to make sense” which was ridiculously funny (everywhere else around the world can definitely do and I actually order steak under 400 grams from them so many times before) when I was about to order something else the chef said he will do it in such an unfriendly manner. Special menu white wine mussel (definitely not fresh and many has totally gone bad (I had to spit), which is the reason I’m writing this review after coming out of the hospital from food poisoning together with my wife) one Thai staff did came over to apologize and waive it off the bill

But the biggest reason why this would be my last visit here is the

“golden wavy and fluffy mid-length hair man”

(I assume he is either the manager or co owner of the restaurant) whoever you are, how you were teaching / scolding your staff while customer is in the restaurant is definitely inappropriate and being loud with rude gestures for total duration of at least 1/3 of time when I was eating just 3 meters away from you is a big no-no and also how you stare at my face looking so arrogant and hostile. You are making a big fool out of yourself and the restaurant.

Summary: some dishes were good but not as good it was, my wife and I had food poisoning from white wine mussel, they want to rip you off in their way and that golden hair man is a big shame

The best in Sathorn, have vallet service. Food are blow my mind, staff are nice and professional.restaurant vibe is so homie, feel like im sitting at Italian friend's home

What makes Giglio stands out from the rest is their desserts (Gelato, Panna Cotta) and hands down to the best Tiramisu evarrrr!

Refined and well-considered food, but wholesome and comforting all the same. Friendly staff. Relatively inexpensive (although I only ordered a salad and a pasta - wine and steak will probably add up). Hope to return one day.

Food and atmosphere was great. The only downside is their staffs will try to upsell you on every menu possible to the point it gets a bit uncomfortable.

A few noisy parties going on around us, but that was really my problem.

I walked in without booking and had kids with me, asking if we can have table for 4, i hv been informed by a woman with bang hair /long pony tail /wearing a black dress with unfriendly face, that only available upstair, here is fully booked but i saw many table are availble with no sign on a table that it was reserved. I informed my partner when he arrived that they cant get us a table here but upstair, but we want to sit here, he then asked same woman again she suddenly turn unto a nice person, said ‘oh you would like to sit here we can join the table’ then i said oh now you have it becoz when we came you said its full, she raise her voice said’ i said to you if you want to sit here it is ok for me’ with upset face.
Despite everytime we go there everyone and especially a foreigner gentleman who always welcome us with a smile and came chat with us and the food is good but id rather hv service at 7-11 instead of seeing service staff like her-such a horrible. Never eat there again, she definitely ruin my dinner i didnt even finish my meal. I saw she looked at me from the counter while i am eating-very rude.

An excellent Italian restaurant with authentic products and recipes! All accompanied by a fresh white wine and the great classics of the Italian music! You may feel like taking a trip in Florence! A must visit!

Food was excellent. The black ink pici with langoustine was so delicious. Highly recommended. Good list of wine and grappa. I regret not taking photos of the food so I could post them here. Top service. The Italian manager and chef and the waiters were all very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We were super impressed with everything. This has become one of our most favorite Italian restaurants in Bangkok. We will definitely come back!

Love their steak! For a meat lover, it's a go-to-place to have quality charcoal grilled steak with great sides (the potato wow). Their pasta and salad is great too and material is super fresh. Great service minds and feel very homey.

First time at Giglio could not be any better.
Authentic italian flavours with an eye on Tuscan cuisine. Extensive wine list, cozy environment and excellent service.
Tried panzanella, pici with sausage, stuffed calamari and panna cotta and everything was sooo good.
Highly recommended

Nice spot but Extremely pushy wait staff. They try to upsell you on everything. Appetizers. Entrees. Sides. They also over-pour from your bottle of wine so you order another. When I called them out this they just give me a wry smile and say “okay okay”. Uhhhh…not okay.
