Getfresh at Bumrungrad International Hospital

There are two get fresh clinics in the hospital. Don’t go to the one on the second floor of Building B, especially on weekends. Last time I met a waitress with a very bad service attitude. Because my mother didn’t see the coffee area and dining area clearly, she gave it to the elderly. His face, he urged us to order food, he repeatedly asked us how many cups of coffee we wanted, and he bowed vigorously when he met someone who tipped more. For such an international hospital, such a service attitude is incredible.

I got stomach pain after eating from here. Also some of the ingredients are missing in my order. Not to mention the small portions. First and last time to order.

Delicious healthy food with good service. The price is quite high compared to my other regular salad restaurants.

เพิ่งเคยกินร้านนี้ครั้งแรกค่ะ เป็นอาหารคลีน คีโต อะไรทำนองนั้น แฟนเราสั่งคาโบนาร่า ส่วนเราสั่งกะเพราเห็ด

คือ ดีงาม คาโบนาร่า อร่อยมาก ไม่เลี่ยน ไข่แดงน่าเจาะสุดๆ (เราชอบยางมะตูมแบบนี้มากๆ) แอบตักมากินตั้งหลายคำ 555 ส่วนกะเพราเผ็ดกำลังดี กำลังอร่อยค่ะ เดี๋ยวไว้ครั้งหน้าจะลองเมนูอื่นๆ บ้าง พวกเครื่องดื่ม ก็ยังไม่เคยลอง

ในส่วนของการบริการ ขออนุญาตไม่ลงดีเทล ข้ามจุดนี้ไปดีกว่า อาจเป็นเพราะพนักงานผู้ชาย ความใส่ใจ อะไรแบบนี้อาจจะน้อยกว่าผู้หญิงบ้างไรบ้าง ไม่เป็นไรค่ะ

แต่ก็ยังอยากแนะนำให้ใครที่ยังไม่เคยลอง แนะนำมาลองค่ะ อร่อยดี ถูกใจค่ะ เผื่อชอบเหมือนกัน ^^

Agree with most of the comments saying the service is not great. I wouldn’t say they are rude but there was only one definitely do not have service mind and friendly attitude. Others are nice and polite.

That waitress carelessly put my cup on the table even though there were only a few customers and unnecessary to rush.

Got my order wrong. Didn’t know the dish I ordered exist. Didn’t know the ingredients.

She also asked me a ridiculous question “Could you tell me again is this for only one person? ”. And when i said yes, she laughed. Like.ok i ordered a lot but wasn’t it a bit inappropriate? I’ll admit it’s kinda funny but it obviously showed that she wasn’t properly trained.

I love get fresh but service here is sooo bad. They are slow, get everything wrong and not in line with other branches

Been here multiple times and it's just too much to handle and better go to other options here in bumrungrad.

Their boss should better get a grip on the staff.

Very bad manner staff, soup and sandwiches served cold. No polite and very very slow.
Avoid this place.
Choose Starbucks opposite side. Nice service and fast.

Get Fresh is Get Fresh. They might be short on staffs because food is quite slow, but freshness is up to their standards. Nice cold-pressed juice. Nice coffee, too. Located at M floor in Bumrungrad building B (inpatient building).

Food is considered healthy but staff never attends and often missing. When it comes to the payment, they demand us to walk all the way from the back side to pay at cashier. After finding the bills charging us more than they should, we just stop going back. You can't just put any items to the bill and force customers to pay. Either of putting up sales or increasing commission (service charge), it's SO WRONG!

Simply the best. The selection is perfect and the taste is super fresh. Also I find all the staff nice too:) highly recommend the Tandoori Chicken Panini.
