It was such a widespread gems factory and showroom. Saw so many gems and stones in the form of large rocks.

Nice stones and they sell it for good prices. Stones from Thailand are exported as well. Birthstone are also available here. Gold plated elephants are more attractive.

I bought 2 small rings at Gems Gallery in February. I could not afford the gold options, so the female sales person showed me some simple rings in silver. One is supposedly a small emerald and the other is supposedly a CZ and a sapphire. The settings were supposedly silver. I had not worn them for a while and needed to shine them up like I would do for any of my silver jewelry. The entire surface was eaten off my rings and they are now pieces of trash. Needless to say if the silver wasn't silver, I am sure the gems aren't real either. Real silver isn't eaten away by silver cleaner. I spent $125.00 US on complete garbage. What a terrible way to do business. If I couldn't afford the gold, it would have been better to just not sell me anything. The sales person took advantage of me, knowing it would be sometime, if ever, before I made it back to Bangkok. Shame on you Gems Gallery! I hope this post saves some people from being ripped off like I was!

Went here to find and purchase a unique gift for our 30th anniversary. Found a beautiful yellow sapphire tennis bracelet. It was a little long so they took out a link and made it a pendant. Paid $2119 USD. When our sales lady was getting it ready, she said because the gold was dull and it needed to be dipped in gold to make the color brighter. Red Flag #1. When we got the paperwork for the purchase we saw it was NOT yellow sapphire but citrine which is not a precious stone but a quartz which can be bought anywhere for far less money. They refunded our purchase when my husband spoke up about the bait and switch stunt they just tried to pull. Buyer's BEWARE!

A sizeable gem stones manufacturing outlet in the heart of Bangkok with international accreditation. There are many choices of gem stones on sale mainly sapphire, ruby, emerald, aquamarine etc. Prices are marked high and bargaining is a much if you are interested.

I visited this on a while on a tour. I am only giving this a low score because i had no interest in purchasing anything. Had i gone with the intention of buying, i would have had a better time. It was labeled as a tour but it barely consisted of one. They showed us a short video of the business and then led us to the showroom to buy. There are some beautiful pieces of jewelry in here so if you are looking to buy, shop around and stop in to check it out.

Huge tourist trap where you can't breath without a salesperson trying to talk you into buying something. Bad experience even if the jewellery are interested.

Though there was good staff
Certification then also I don't suggest to purchase
They bargain also
Other thing yes you can go for window shopping and gather knowledge about stones

Total waste of time. Very expensive jewelry. Trying to get the tourist to by things. Forced to walk through the shop. Wasn’t relevant to the tour we were on. I’m sure the tour guide gets a kickback and so does his employer, Asian Trails Thailand. Would recommend walking out if you find yourself here. Although the AC and toilets were nice. I paid Asian Trails Thailand a lot of money for a car, driver, and guide. I was not told I would be taken here as part of a city tour.
Wasted a lot of time and money on a Bangkok city tour.

If you're looking to buy your both stones and some jewellery with wide range of varieties, here's where you should be heading. I am not sure about the prices.

Here one gets to see a huge variety of rare gems and ornaments made of gems. Some large diamonds, rubies, emeralds set in finger rings of unique design attracted me. The neckpieces are dazzling in shine and shape. Any woman would look like a queen in them. There is a huge collection of jewelry and accessories for both men and women. The Pearl jewelry pieces were also extraordinary and supercilious.

Good place to visit and buy genuine diamond. Also could see few most expensive diamond and jeweleries.

Leider habe ich sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Laden gemacht. Die Angestellten sind sehr aufdringlich und unhöflich.
Mein Kauf (ein Ring) war qualitativ nichts wert, da der Stein nach 2 Tagen abfiel.
Kulanz? Ok, ich habe den Kontakt gesucht, nach 2-3 Mails kam nichts von denen. 4 Wochen später musste ich mich erneut in Erinnerung rufen.
Kulanzvorschlag wie folgt:
1 Option: Tausch bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch in Thailand.
2 Option: Stein wird zugesandt und ich muss alles weiter hier einleiten.sprich jemanden finden der den Stein einsetzt und auch die Kosten dafür tragen.
Also den "Wisch" den die einem in die Hand drücken "Zertifikat / Garantie" ist nichts Wert.
Ich würde also jedem abraten, sein Geld in diesem Laden zu lassen.
Schade, das so ein äußerlich sehr renomiert wirkende Laden nicht hinter ihrer Ware steht bzw.dessen erstes Ziel Kundenzufriedenheit ist!

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences with the store. The staff are very pushy and rude.
My purchase (a ring) was worth nothing, since the stone fell off after 2 days.
Margin? Ok, I was looking for the contact, after 2-3 mails came from none of those. 4 weeks later I had to remind myself again.
Goodwill suggestion as follows:
1 Option: Exchange on your next visit to Thailand.
2 Option: Stone is sent and I have to start everything here.say someone who uses the stone and also bear the cost.
So the "Wisch" the one press in the hand "certificate / warranty" is worth nothing.
So I would advise against anyone leaving their money in this store.
Too bad that such an externally very well-known store is not behind their goods or whose first goal is customer satisfaction!

Yüzügün tasi düstü. Bende Magaza ile iletisime gectim. Ilk önce Sertifikayi istediler hakli olarak. Ürünün Resimini gönderdim Sertifika gönderdim. Iletisim kesildi. 4 Hafta sonra kendimi yine hatirlatmak zorunda kaldim.

Certified products, get rebate at the airport. It would be more convenient if they just deducted it though.

This place has good options of gemstone and river pearls. I must say that it’s a costly affair buying here. One needs to check the names of gems before buying.
They have many sting ray leather articles as well. Again, I must say, the price is on the higher side.

First and foremost I don't know why we were brought here. If you find this place on a guided tour be ready to get bored. The place looks good, has a good ambience and has a lot of jewellery/ gems. Now why would someone want to purchase jewellery/ gems on a tour? I didn't like the part where the steward kept insisting on ushering me to all these wonderful stuff they had on display. The video they played in a mini theatre was boring. I loved the cafeteria here. They serve excellent coffee. I went and sat in the van after a while. Maybe the place is only for customers with more finer tastes in life. The coffee was good though. And the hot chocolate too!

My mom is allergic to coated jewels. So fake jewels will sore her skin. She bought a silver with pearl earrings. It didn't make any sore in her skin. It's pure, real, quality and cheap.

A good place if you're into gem stones jewelries and high quality bags, they can be expensive so do bring along more cash but if you prefer using card, they accept them as well.

Great experience. The gallery has an informative 10 minute tour in whixh they give a brief history on thai mining and precious stones. Great wholesale prices and quality products
