G Tower

This poor rating is specifically to reflect on the building owner's un-humanistic maximization of space without any apparent consideration for the users (as said in Thai, they use their spaces to be the most "koom" possible!). We drove here and were flabbergasted that, for a brand new building that touts itself as Grade A, the design of the entries, exits, ramps and driveways of the car park was so deliberately narrow and oft-times awkward that I began to feel pity for the office workers who have to park here everyday. At the second lowest level prior to the car park's exit, they even had to cordon off about 10 car park spaces on the left because the driveway would otherwise be too narrow for most cars to safely make the right turn into the extremely narrow ramp descending to the exit (!). If one thinks that Central Chidlom's old car park building is bad - this imho is even worse given how recent G Tower was built! The 3 lifts serving the car park took ages even at 10: 50am. Also, the toilet on the G floor had such a narrow entrance that one would probably crash into the pillar inside if one did not pay enough attention. These are just some examples of how bad (unbridled profiteering?) the building owners are. We love some of the eateries here but will surely park next door at Central Rama 9 if we return (there are inter-mall connections on the 2nd, G and basement floors). Avoid driving here if you can!

Connect with MRT Praram 9. Many of shops and restuarant. Coffee shop is also nice and good for working as well.

วันนี้ได้มีโอกาสมาประชุมที่ตึก จี แกรนด์ทาวเวอร์ ที่ชั้น 38 ตึก จี อยู่ติดถนนพระรามเก้า และถนนรัชดาภิเษก ตรงหัวมุมสี่แยกพระรามเก้าตัดรัขดาภิเษก-อโศก ทางเข้าอาคารอยู่ตรงทางขึ้นลงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน เซ็นทรัล พระรามเก้า เป็นอาคารสำนักงานที่ทันสมัย ล็อบบี้โถงต้อนรับโอ่โถง กว้างขวาง เป็นอาคารในแต่ละชั้นสำนักงานมีความสูงถึงเพดาน 3 เมตร อาคาร จี ทาวน์เวอร์ สามารถเดินออกอาคารและเข้าห้างเซ็นทรัล พระรามเก้า ได้เลย

Great office tower but operates the least efficient elevators in all of Southeast Asia. Expect to wait at minimum 5 minutes for your elevator even when it's not busy. During busy peak hours you are going to wait anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes just to get an elevator.so plan your meeting and lunch hour accordingly.

A nice modern building with good facilities.
The only problem is getting up and down the tower during peak hours, it can be a long wait.

Crowded people wait for elevator, poorly manage of Black out situation. Worst office building management in my life.

A new shopping mall open not long ago. All kinds of goods you can think off are available here. Cafe and foods chain are here too. Opposite is Fortune Tower. A mid size computer, mobile phone and camera shopping center. Both tower is link by MRT Rama 9 station.
Take subway to Rama 9 station. Follow the sign to Ture towel.

DalDal Korea Restaurant located at G Tower. It is suitable for the person who not like spicy taste.

Quite good. If you're visitor of any company in G Tower, you must exchange your ID card or passport at the reception to get the visitor card. Then, you have to touch the floor number at the pad and it will tell you the elevator number for waiting. However, in rush hours it takes sometimes to wait the elevator.
