13ราคาดีคุณภาพดี Fuji located inside Lotus across from Chester's restaurant. Good overall quality and price for your money. Fuji is a large franchise restaurant and they're pretty reliable for finding good food.

Not worth the price. Expensive for the quality. Japanese curry tasteless. I tasted other additives to the food and the same thing. I don't wonder why the restaurant was empty of customers.

เป็นสาขาที่ทำอาหารช้ามาก มากี่ครั้งต้องคอยอาหาร 30-45นาที ทั้งๆที่สั่งแค่เมนูเล็กๆ ถ้าวันไหนคนแน่นพนักงานจะดูแลไม่พอ
Very bad. If you order 2 pcs, someone who take care orders cannot count and send you only 1pc. After calling them they said they take care, but still need to wait 1 hours to get the right amount delivered to a place located not more 10 minutes drive from the restaurant.
Total order delivered 2 hours after placing it, when the estimated delivery time was 25 minutes.
No extra, no vouchers or anything to apologize.
Making mistake can happen, the way how you fix them is the difference between a good or bad service.

ร้านสะอาดมาตรฐานแต่พนักงานต้อนรับ+พนักงานแคชเชียร์มาตรฐานแย่มากชำระเงินให้แล้วจนอาหารเสร็จและนำออกมาให้ลูกค้าแล้วแต่แจ้งว่าขอใบเสร็จรับเงินดูซึ่งทางคุณไม่ได้ให้มาแล้วมาขอดูใบเสร็จผมถามว่าคืออะไรครับต้องการให้ชำระเงินคุณอีกครั้งเหรอครับถ้าทางร้ายไม่ได้รับเงินจริงคุณจะทำอาหารออกมาให้หรือครับปรับปรุงพนักงานด้วยครับถ้ายังมีนิสัยแบบนี้ผมว่าสักวันคงได้ทะเลาะกับลูกค้าแน่ครับผู้บริหารถ้าเห็นคอมเม้นนี้แล้วยังไม่แก้ไขก็แล้วแต่ท่านล่ะครับ.
Located in the TescoLotus Rama 4 building, this Fuji restaurant is a very typical branch of the Fuji chain, serving reasonable Japanese food. Ambience is clean, bright and simple. Lots of wooden booths, not too busy when I was there. Service can be a tad tardy at times.
Probably not worth a special visit, but very convenient if you are buying groceries at the TescoLotus here.
We were there about 130pm on a Saturday before a long weekend and it was half empty. Surprisingly for this franchise but it would be considered premium dining for this market segment. Service was there standard which I never believes deserves their service charge.

มาใช้บริการแล้วจะร้อง พนักงานไม่ต้อนรับ บริการด้วยหน้าบึ้ง ลืมเสริฟน้ำ อุปกรณ์ใช้ทานอาหาร ไม่เก็บจาน จนจานล้นโต๊ะต้องจัดเอง ถ้าอยากได้อะไรต้องเรียกมาบริการ ฯลฯ
Fuji restaurants are always good. Because I usually choose the same I can tell that the quality is always good. This outlet in Tesco Lotus is not as frequented as other places I know. That's a good reason to come back here.
