Nice decent place in Bangkok to stay with family.
Very close to downtown, yet tucked away in a quiet street.
Only problem is PETS ALLOWED!
Friendly staff.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were renovated and clean. However one of the rooms had cigarette smoke residue, the service staff installed an ionizer which cleaned the air. The staff was responsive and solved the problem quickly otherwise it would have spoilt our holiday. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Nana Station and we took a hotel Tuk Tuk to Terminal 21 which was very convenient. The gym is well equipped and large. Overall we are enjoying our stay.
Helpful and friendly staff! Though we are traveling in a group of 8, their daily tuk tuk to nana station was sufficient to get us there in a singular trip.
Nice experience. Fraser Suites, Sukhumvit is quite well-connected with BTS, MRT and the boatway. Charcoal is a nice restaurant with friendly staff bit it can do with a few more options for vegetarians. Special thanks to Pragya Singh Panwar, at the hotel front desk, for going out of the way in making the stay comfortable and memorable.
I make my reservation for three family bedroom but when I arrived they same my room to another guest and give me old room and not which I request
