After 4 months of conditioning with Patrick in private lessons, I was able to improve my time on Ironman 70.3 by 20 minutes. His training is really complementary to a Triathlon, marathon, Ultra trail preparation. He is passionate and always provide great advices. A great trainer that I can only recommend to all!

Good food, great price. Thai dishes and pasta and pizzas. Six tables x4 seats.
