45Do not order from FoodPanda. Never. I waited 1.5h for my for and decided to cancel my order as it would have arrived cold. Disrespectful customer service as well. Terrible service. Stay away!
They now regularly do multiple deliveries from a single driver so food arrives cold and soggy. If Grab had more menus in English, I would not use Food Panda again.
Delivers cold food with many delays. Contacted their support and they only say sorry and give 30 baht voucher for 300 baht burger. I will stick with Grab who delivers on time.

Items were missing in my order but FoodPanda don't want refund the items, terrible customer service.
Worst customer service of any company in Thailand. Zero response to complaints, received no refunds for the wrong product even when stated they would do so. Will take my business somewhere else.
Have never experienced issues with FP before today. It rained for the first time in months and there were no drivers available, which is completely understandable. But Food Panda insisted for over 2 hours that the order was 10,15,40 minutes away. If there are no drivers DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and tell them that their food is coming. Work with the restaurant and tell the customer there are no drivers available. Get your software engineering team on it.
Delivery drivers can't find the address 90% of the time. They don't read the delivery notes either, never ringing the phone number specified.
They have the address in both English, and Thai in the delivery notes. Yet they always ask for the house number when they ring. Not to mention GPS. They can't even use a map! I watch them on the GPS tracker riding around the neighbourhood aimlessly. Totally lost!
Sometimes, orders are cancelled after an hour of waiting. For example, I used their new supermarket delivery service, only to have it cancelled after an hour. Why offer a service you can't fulfill?
One time, a rider refused to hand over the food, again, ringing the wrong number to try to confirm the order. Never mind the fact that I am standing in the yard of the address that they're meant to deliver to. Didn't even attempt to speak to me. Just ignored me because I am a foreigner.
They used to mess up every 2nd or 3rd order and I always complained about it, naturally. One time they missed a whole meal from McDonalds. I contacted support and they admitted fault, however would not refund me because I reached a threshold of complaints, they said. How do you admit fault, and not compensate the affected customer? An entire burger, fries, and drink missing. Insane!
I only use them due to free delivery and certain promotions/deals.
They've improved, but the service is still shocking. You order food and are then forced to go out onto the road to intercept mindless delivery drivers whilst they zoom around the neighbourhood, ignoring the GPS location. I live on a corner on a large property, it's not hard to find the house! There is no way to be confused about which house it is. The GPS marker is right on the house.
EDIT: They haven't refunded me for 5 orders that they cancelled. I got a 6th refunded only after contacting my bank. Today they cancelled an order from McDonald's, expecting me to believe that the restaurant cancelled it. I reordered and it came. They do this when they don't have enough available delivery riders, juggling orders and making people wait for nothing.
Later in the day I ordered some items from a supermarket. 11 out of 14 items were later listed as being 'sold out' as if the supermarket has empty shelves across the board. They only delivered 3. I've attached a screenshot of that as proof.
If you're going to deal with this company, pay only in cash and don't expect your orders to be fulfilled. You're better off going with another delivery service or just going to the location yourself.

Very aggressive monopoly that does not take care of his clients from both end - the suppliers and the customers.
Where to start
Whwn it works it works well but a true scalable business is defined by how well it handles the exceptions.
Food panda is poor.
A, the app is purposely vague in terms of contacting help.at food panda for issues
B. The faq is a dead end for issue resolution
C. On purpose they do not put a help or chat icon on the app.
D. Basically it is a monopoly business as grab and lineman are just as vague on support.
E. Trying to review a business is also difficult i had a 2 hour delay in order but there is no way to look at your order and review on the app for the experience.
If all feels very mafia like.
Foodpanda cancelled my order more than an hour after I placed it. If you do not want to find yourself in situation like this, do NOT use this service.
Absolutely hate this company. Screws over my customers all the time and won't do anything about it.
Working with them to change a simple photo on my menu takes 2 weeks. Worst company ever, hope they go bankrupt.
So sick of the wait times on this website, before you order it will say delivery in 20 mins, 20 mins after ordering it still says 20mins to delivery. Order here if you want cold food and a long wait.
Also, after reading other reviews, NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.
I ordered a meal just now by accident to the home address while i was at work which is a 5 mins difference in driving and the Food panda's customer service Maneesha, told me that they will still be delivering to my Home address even though I told her that no one is there.this is so ridiculous. If this is your customer service policy your Head of Operations should be fired. Zero consideration for your customer experience. I informed foodpanda less than one minute after I placed the order and they couldn't even cancel the order or anything.
Run. Run away. 7/10 when I have prepaid an order I get a message saying the restaurant has run out of a certain dish. Sometimes 2x in a row. It takes 5 days or more for the amount to be credited to my account. Never on time. EVER. Use grab or get. Never an issue. Absolutly useless. I can see this service closing soon. It’s just useless.

I ordered a coffee at 7am for an 830am delivery.
Nothing has arrived its 850 and the app says now 9.25.3 orders in 3 days and everyone of them take 2 times longer than advertised.customer service are absolutely useless.
ORDER FROM GRAB THEY ARE BRILLIANT THEIR APP WORKS PERFECTLY.

Foodpanda Thailand are useless. Several missing items, no refund and no answers to my emails. Essentially it’s theft.
Always have really bad experience with Foodpanda! Even try to pay by cash. Geab is much better.and i can see where the rider is. But for FoodPanda is nothing.it's stuck on "Your order has been picked-up for delivery" for an hour!
