Nowadays gym is too cold.staff turn on the AC and doesnt care after that so most of the time so cold inside.
People who work out are normally sweating a lot so end of the working out, really be chilled.these days i got sick everytime because of strong AC here
They should check the inside temp and should set up to right temp.

I will change the gym next year.i dont want to get a cold all the time.

Great gym. A bit out of the way but worth it. Normal price is 140b but they currently doing 120b daily entry.

Plenty of equipment and relatively in good condition. My only negative note is clientele never unrack the weights of machines / equipment. Once they finish they just move on and dumbbells aren’t order of weights. Took a bit of time trying to find the actual weights.

Other than that, I would go back next time I’m in Bangkok.

It was a bit hard to find it, but overall an excellent gym. 150 baht for a day-use is very affordable.

Absolutely awesome gym. Two benches, four squat racks, and two dead lift platforms. Plenty of free weights. Even during busy periods you generally don't need to wait long for anything. Staff and other gym customers are usually very helpful and friendly. Oh, and excellent price compared to other gyms. Only complaint is the location is a bit difficult to get to by public transportation.

Doesn't live up to the hype. Not huge as they say. Not a convenient location. Turns out they are downsizing to much smaller space. The price is only 150bt so have to say it was worth it, but i would have paid more for a nicer gym. The equipment is majority Panatta, but have seen better days.for a large gym, they have only a 5 station jungle gym. People standing around waiting. And they are mixed in with very cheap embarrassing racks, benches, VSquat, etc. Overall, disappoinitng.

By schedule gym opens at 10am, I come at 10.30am but could not enter because Show DC opens at 11am and all entrances are closed. Entrance E is also closed. I could not enter the gym.

Good gym. Decent equipment. I bought a day pass and decided after my workout I would like to buy a month membership. The guy with painted fingernails working there said I have to pay the full month membership he can't use my day pass money towards the month membership but I just bought a day pass 1 hour before. Seems silly and bad customer service. But luckily I didn't join here because it is so far away from public transport. I would only recommend this gym if you take a taxi everywhere.

To be honest. THIS IS THE BEST Gym that I have ever been to. It has all the equipments you need. Fitwhey also sell their goods right beside the encounter. The staff are amazing. Highly recommended.

Strange and ridiculous thing happened this morning.

Ive been their member for 3~4 months. From the beginning I noticed some ppl start working out from 9: 30am. (Their official hour is from 10am) so I want to start working out as early as possible before my work so I normally started around 9: 30 am.but today, a girl staff told me "open from 10am! ".
Not sure why no one told me for 3~4 months but suddenly she said that.and a man was in gym already.

I just thought they r bit stricter about the time.but you know after 10 mins (when i checked the time was 9: 40am), I was surprised she open the main gate and 2ppl came in and started work out.

Just 10 mins ago she said "from 10am! " to me but she allowed ppl to get inside.

NOt sure what happening here, a man was entre before me was company concerned? Or 2 ppl get in at 9: 40am are VIP? So she opened the door for them? She mentioned about opening time to me only?

9: 30am is not fine but 9: 40 am is ok?
Very typical Thai double standard.

Why most of gym in BKK open from earlier time but this gym still opens from 10am? Someone want to work out before work right?

When they increased their member fee, I thought they will change the opening time earlier but still 10am.

If they don't want the customer get in before 10am, just don't open the main door til 10am and behind gate should be shout down til 10am.

Anyway I didn't like today occur so I left the true review here.

I'm pretty sure some of ppl come before 10am continually but the staff allowed to enter! If so they should just officially start from earlier before 10am.

Spacious, clean and modern gym with high quality equipment. Enough weights for all levels. The best thing is that they have reasonable prices for one-time use or 10-time cards for us frequent Bangkok visitors. The AC is not too cold which is great. Got even a 7-day free trial - highly recommended.

Everything you need to get a good workout in, with minimal waiting times for equipment, and a generous price tag.

Great gym all around BUT a few things.

1.the covid mask policy and enforcement there is way too strong. It seems that 90% of the staff's job there is to constantly remind people to wear the stupid mask. You have to be vaccinated or do an ATK test every 7 days to use the gym and then on top of that you are expected to wear the mask at all times while you work out? This is beyond ridiculous. Especially when the staff is frequently putting the mask under their nose. This is why I left this gym. This policy is ridiculous and unhealthy. Oh and before you say this policy applies to all gyms in Bangkok.no. That's not true.

2. The music.they play the same music every single day and if you go to this gym daily you will hear the same songs over and over, sometimes twice in the same day!

3. The smallest weight increments that they have are 5lb weights. This makes progressing in weight with a single exercise very difficult.

These things are huge drawbacks because otherwise its a very awesome gym.

Advertised as an air conditioned gym they have aircon units but each one was conveniently (broken) saving electric I imagine, I was there a few weeks nothing changed, no sign of being fixed gym lacks atmosphere and generally not conducive for a good workout, great machines and freindly staff and nice bathrooms etc but the no aircon and lack of air movement + no music is not great for training especially as a white boy from England paid for a month which was cheap only 750 baht but ended up changing gyms before it expired as the reasons above + a real bunch of gimpy people training there just ruined the experience shame really as is almost a great gym a few changes could make all the difference……

Das Gym hat alles was man braucht & ist sehr geräumig.

Man hat jetzt zwar keine High-End Hammer Strength oder Gym80 Maschinen.aber jede Muskelgruppe kann hier problemlos trainiert werden.

Was mich positiv überrascht hat war der Free-Weight Bereich mit einer Deadlift Plattform.

Tageseintritt: 250 Baht ist fair.
