My favorite gym in Udom Suk. 5-Star staff and clean facility. Has all the necessary equipment to accomplish your fitness goals.

ดีทุกอย่าง ยกเว้นมนุษย์ลุงชอบจับกลุ่มเม้ามอยแล้วนั่งแช่ เป็นครึ่งชม. เหมือนสิงในศาลพระภูมิ ทำตัวเหมือนเจ้าที่ ใช้ความชรามาข่ม T^T

It's a really good place for doing exercises, taking a break, and joining a variety of group exercises. Also, you can get the PT.
But, it's too~~~old that shower rooms. They didn't fix it since a few years ago ㅡㅡ

Exercise refreshes the body.and this place is A place to make your body healthy and refreshed.

Worst commercial gym in Thailand. Unfriendly reception that don’t greet customer and play with their phone all the time. Accidentally left my strap overnight and it was gone the next day when I went back to look for it. Equipment too old and poorly maintained. Overcrowded during peak hrs. Worst gym experience with expensive monthly member fee.

ห่วยแตกเรื่องผ้าเช็ดตัวมาก จะเอาตังให้อัพเกรดรายเดือนอย่างเดียวเลย เป็นสมาชิกมาก็นาน คอสก็ซื้อหลายเกือบเป็นแสน ลืมเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวจากบ้านมาครั้งเดียว ขอซื้อหรือจ่ายตังเพิ่มก็ไม่ได้ ต้องให้อัพเกรดบัตรจ่ายรายเดือนเพิ่ม. กะจะเอาตังอย่างเดียว

วิวจัดจ้านย่านบางนา เก่าแก่แต่ได้ใจเสมอ ไม่ได้มานานแค่ไหน อะไรๆก็ยังเหมือนเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือ เกือบทุกอุปกรณ์จะมีสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อและผ้าเช็ดให้ เจลแอลกอฮอล์ที่นี่ใช้แล้วมือนุ่มไม่แห้งด้วยค่ะ

2022-07-11 เรื่องน่ารำคาญใจหนึ่งเดียวของสาขานี้คือ มันมีอาเฮียคนนึงแกชอบจองเครื่องออกกำลังกายทีละ 2-3 เครื่องพร้อมๆ กัน ซึ่งในยุคสมัยของแกมันอาจจะโอเค แต่ยุคนี้คนเข้ายิมกันมากขึ้น ผมคิดว่าพฤติกรรมแบบนี้ไม่โอเคแล้ว มันเบียดบังคนอื่น จะเตือนแกด้วยตัวเองก็ยังไงอยู่ ในสังคมไทยเด็กน้อยเตือนผู้ใหญ่ยังไงเขาก็คงไม่ฟัง แถมอาจจะสร้างความขุ่นเคืองใจกันเสียเปล่าๆ ส่วนตัวเลือกมาในเวลาเช้าตรู่เพื่อเลี่ยงช่วงเวลาคนมาก ก็ยังไม่วายเจอเฮียแกอีก

Pro's: nice trainers (Book & Mai), that are very supportive. Wide range of facilities and classes. In the beginning i couldn’t get along with front office. But they have improved a-lot over the months and the people there are now very hospitable.

Con’s: a bit pricy and can be busy at times

Various machine and enomous space but small are for freestyle training. However, Overview is good.

I really do hope when people are done, return the plates and other equipments.
Also there's only one 1 bench.
Please don't keep looking at your important cell phone.

วิวสวย แต่กลิ่นเหมือนเหม็นอับเท้า หึ่งไปทั้งแถบ ยกดัมเบล คาดว่า มีใครเอาผ้าเน่า หรือรองเท้าเน่าในห้อง AHU

Staffs are nice and helpful especially the guide as I never been to any fitness before he introduces me to many sections of the place and also provided me with some information and discount on the membership.

สาขานี้ วิวสวย เพราะอยู่บนชั้น 36 ออกกำลังกายพร้อมกับชมวิว ฝั่งบางนา เครื่องเล่น อุปกรณ์โอเค คลาสดี ห้องอาบน้ำสะอาด มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ห้องอาบน้ำและที่นั่งพักผ่อนอยู่ชั้นบน

มาออกกำลังกายที่นี่เกือบทุกวันค่ะ อยู่ชั้น36 คนเยอะดีค่ะ มีคลาสให้ออกกำลังกายทั้งวันค่ะ พนักงานและเทรนเนอร์สาขานี้เก่งๆทั้งนั้นเลยนะคะ เครื่องเล่นที่นี่ก็เยอะนะคะ มาออกกำลังกายเสร็จลงไปเดินช๊อปปิ้งต่อเซ็นทรัลได้เลย ดีมากๆ

Amazing view! Very well equipped. Dark side: too cold to me. Inner height too low, so the cold air flow come directly to your body.

Nice atmosphere when you work out on the 36th floor and nice coffee break in the relaxation lounge on the 37th floor. If the sky is clear, you can see the plane take off and landing in Suvarnabhumi airport and the observation tower in samutprakarn.the staffs are nice and helpful especially the coach/ personal trainer.

I give five bc I like this place.
