Fitness First - Terminal 21

The staff is friendly and helpful.
The gym has everything you need to get a good workout

No workout attire, no towel. Was expecting a little more from FF especially it's located in a prime area.

No hot water for a while in showers not enough equipment. Too many treadmills could use more machines for all different body parts. Should be able to give out towels

Worst gym ever, not a single bench/squat rack, very rude and condescending staff, way way way overpriced. Please go to Jetts across the road in stead

There is no trial visit, and you can’t get acquainted with the equipment, which by the way, inside there are only pictures on the Internet

Quite small, no towel and sport kit service.
Cycling class demand member to bring wired headphone to join the class

Just a tourist for 2 weeks who wanted to train in this club, and they only have 5 months subscription. I can't believe it

This Gym is corrupt and take money even though the gyms are closed and your membership is frozen. They customer service is terrible the equipment is not cleaned enough.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ในห้างชื่อดัง เดินทางสะดวก, อยู่ชั้นเดียวกันกับโรงหนัง, เทียบกับสาขาอื่น สาขานี้มีขนาดเล็กมาก เครื่องเล่นน้อย รองรับลูกค้าได้น้อย

There is no reason why a day pass should be this expensive (almost 27usd) and they don't even give you a workout towel. What a joke

Quality to price ratio very very bad. In general nothing special. Not too many amenities cramped into quite small space. Crazy expensive. Very disappointing.

Overcrowded gym. Small, cramped space. Locals playing with their phones while sitting on machines. Vons Fitness on soi 15 is much better.

This place has better service than all the other branches. Sauna room is huge with high ceiling. No towels, that's a disappointment. Usually cleanliness is the concern and this place is much better than Landmark and Wireless road branch. Gym section is bigger than most of the hotel gyms but small if you compare to other fitness first branches. One word, Crowded.

SERVICE - I find staff way too friendly and helpful. I was late the other day and called them to keep my stuff with them untill i came and they were there waiting. The locker unlocks automatically at 10pm so you might want to run and get them before 10pm. That's how it is in all Fitness First.

MEMBERSHIP - If i am correct the contract can't be terminated before time, so the only way is to transfer to somebody else. You can get 7 day complementary pass for a friend every 3 months. If you don't mind paying a few bucks extra, then get the Platinum membership which allows you to enter all the other branches including Siam Paragon. I am paying 2600 baht around a month per person and can visit any of the fitness first all around.

I read a few comments and came back to add this, Thai culture is very polite and their reactions will be based on your actions. I have seen lot of people saying they are Americans. Difference is, in America you demand but in Thailand you request. Be humble and they will do all they can. If you still want to complain then speak in Thai and complain. Sounds fair enough. Respect people & culture.

280 baht day pass for essentially a hotel gym

No weight benches (flat & incline bench press, military), no squat racks, no deadlift, no curl bench, no Hammer machines, no towel service.

Free weights are just dumbbells and fixed weight barbells and Smith machine.

All equipment looks at least 10 years old if not more

It's fine if you just want cardio and light weight workout and you want to pay a lot

Punch & Judy Show

First I wasn't allowed to enter Terminal21, cause it was before 10AM, after 10 Minutes waiting with the Security I was accompanied to the 6th Floor. Arriving at the reception, they told me a 1-Day-Pass would be 850 Bath. As I asked for the Steam room and towels, she told me, that they don't provide towels in this "Club"! 850 Bath and not even provide a single towel. Conclusion: use the toilet paper, or give it a wide berth.

All gyms I look at had price around 200 - 300 bath, this was closes and they asked 850 for one entrance, extremely overpriced

จะแวะมาที่นี่ไม่บ่อยนัก ไม่ค่อยชอบค่ะ สถานที่เล็กคนค่อนข้างเยอะห้องน้ำควรปรับปรุงใหม่ได้แล้วนะคะฝักบัวเก่ามากน้ำแรงเจ็บหน้าเจ็บตัวค่ะ

The worst experience ever went to 3 gyms before this that closed at 8pm then they wanted to charge 900 baht for one session I still thought that's fine as long as I can train untill they turned me away for not having my passport and said they would close by the time I got it
