Nice upscale gym. Diverse equipment, boxing area, clean. Showers and uniform. A bit expensive for here, and there's a 5 month minimum commitment, so not great for travelers.
The most gym-sense amongst all of Fitness First branches where people does not spend time playing mobile or occupy on the machine without truly using it. Members are very active and motivate others. Enough equipment for all parts of muscles.
But the gym is quite small compare to other platinum branches and crowded for workdays.
The most beautiful Fitness First gym in Thailand, way better than Abu Dhabi and London. The atmosphere is like a 5 star hotel, it's big, lots of cool equipment, and was the only foreigner in this gym. And the good thing was I can use it for free because of my international gym passport from the UK!
Great place to go in the morning.gets a little too small in the evening when theres too much people

Lots of classes you can join. And personal trainer is well educated:)

Premiem gym that provides you towel, sport shirt and short. It seems there are not enough cardio machines due to crowded in the evening.
ยิมขนาดกลาง แต่จัดสรรพื้นที่ได้ดี แต่คลาสน้อยไปหน่อย เพราะห้องออกกำลังกายแบบกลุ่มมีแค่ห้องเดียว
A good club surrounded with restaurants and shopping complex. Just a 5 minutes walk to the subway. Somehow the club is so packed with members during peak hour 6pm onwards.
