Fitness First - Platinum Landmark Plaza reviews
44Rude people working here! 865 baht for one day is more expensive than in Europe and considering we are in Thailand it is a shame!
Beware: You must cancel in person. They do not answer the phone or email. This means they do not allow you to cancel your membership if you're not in Thailand. American and Hong Kong gyms got fined and shut down for practices like this.
There are modern exercise equipment here. There are experts to give advice. Classes in the Group Exercise room are diverse. I like Body Combat and Body Jam. I recommend you to exercise here.

A relatively well-equipped fitness center. If you are a guest at Hotel Landmark, you can use this gym for free. It has many exercise consultants on site. Free coffee, tea or water is also offered free of charge. So, everything is pleasantly cooled down.

Tried this Gym resently as it was close to my hotel great facility with lots of equipment, however the young lady that served me when I first arrived may need a little more training in customer service, the biggest thing that put me off returning to this gym is price 800baht for a day pass is just not worth it when you can get a more modern gym in the city for 400 baht I may have got scammed by the young lady
Amazing gym with everything you could think of.
The equipment is near new and there are many machines to work on every single part of the body.
Plenty cardio machines as well.
The staff are there to help with any question and conduct classes as well.
There's a lot of space, and you never feel cramped.
I’m a long time member in FF last time I was at Landmark branch, after my workout I had to work at the sitting area the music too loud I couldn’t even work and couldn’t talk on the phone cuz the music was TOO LOUD. I informed the receptions ladies. They did NOTHING!
Located in close proximity to Nana station, this facility is readily accessible for those utilizing the Fitness First international passport. The gym offers a satisfying workout experience.
This is not a gym, they are a studio that sells group classes. As of February 1st 2023. They don’t sell just the gym membership. (Access to weight floor and locker room) You have to pay for group classes to be a member. This is almost 3 times the the cost for only the gym membership without group classes. This is alarming considering how nice the facilities and gym floor are. I think they are having a hard time selling group classes. This makes me believing that it is a sub standard product or there is more profit in group classes. Either way its at the members expense. I would look around for better gym membership if you just want access to a gym floor. And if your interested in group classes maybe try Crossfit with a free tryout class. Or join a studio that offers only group classes. Staff was very friendly and professional, wonderful facilities. (Locker room, sauna, steam) Just not available unless you wanna pay over 3000 Baht a month for group classes.
Too bad you cannot connect to wifi automatically. At each visit you need to connect manually. Same for all Fitness First clubs in Bangkok
One of my favorite Fitness First branches in Thailand! Spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and service minded.
Great gym good equipment, dumbbells even go up to 50kg.
Cheap bottle water. Staff were a bit blunt but I’m not there to speak to the staff.
พนักงานน่ารัก ล็อคเกอร์แยอะ มีบริการชุดออกกำลังกาย มีอุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกายแยอะ มีคลาสเรียนให้เลือกแยอะ
This gym was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
The gym was very expensive (they asked for 1800THB, the equivalent of $80AUD for one week while I was in town), and the gym was far more set up with cardio equipment than weights.
There was some decent strength machines but only one squat rack and one deadlifting platform which was awkwardly close to the squat rack and made it tough to use.
Definitely not a great gym for powerlifting or any serious strength and conditioning style training, but okay for general workouts or cardio training.

Very well-trained staff. The one that I love the most is Yoga instructor is so delicated and pay attention to the member who attend the class. Even this fitness first branch is not as new as other branch (I supposed it is because it has been opened for a long time) but it is cleaned and well take care. Only 100 meters from BTS Nana. Absolutely love to come.
One squat rack. Even in non busy times it just isn't enough. Showers are clean but old and smelly, really could do with an up grade, but the same can be said for the whole of the landmark hotel.
Variety of classes. Friendly and polite staffs. Downsides is free parking for only 2 hours and you cannot expect people to come work out and finish within that time length, compare to other branches.
The gym is seems to be quite old but with the well maintaining, all equipments are working properly. The group x studio is the only one club with the full mirror walls. Steam room and sauna room are large when comparing with other newer clubs. The landmark hotel allows only 2 hours for free parking, additional 30 bath for each exceed hour.
My wife joined the gym in August and has been there nearly daily during the week ever since. She does multiple classes every day while our son is in preschool. This week the preschool called for her to come pick him up from school because he was sick and needed to go home. She called to cancel the class because of this unexpected turn of events. As a result of cancelling her attendance she was blocked from booking classes for a full week. For me this is really poor service which lacks pragmatism and compassion. We do not have a nanny or any other person to help care for our son and my wife called the gym to let them know she would not be able to make the class she booked. This is one of the more expensive gyms in the area and I would have expected better service for the price paid. When my wife's subscription expires we will not renew.
