Fitness First - Platinum Siam Paragon

My first day here as a member and the sauna is out of order. The staff does not seem concerned about getting it fixed. Not what one expects from a premium facility.

Great gym, only for platinum members. Everything is perfect, they provide towels, clothes, drinks, Internet connection.there are every kind of machines and all you need for a good training.

Many machines are damaged. It hasn't been fixed for a long time. Resulting in members being unable to use their full potential. Request for improvement!

Excellent gym club, all facilities and equipment are brand new and location in siam hub is ideal wit a nice view over the the city while working out - great!

Absolutely amazing. My favorite Fitness First club so far (been to AIA, Lumphini, Central World, and a couple other none Platinum clubs).

Love how they have a fair number of machines and still have quite a bit of empty spaces so it doesn’t feel too cramped.

อยากให้น้อง Reception สนใจคนที่ยืนรอคิวอยู่ก่อนบ้างครับ ไม่ใช่ใครโผล่ ใครแทรก ใครยื่นบัตรไปก่อนก็ทำให้เขาก่อน ยืนดูน้องเชคอินให้คนอื่นก่อนก็ประมาณ 1 2 3 4 5 คนเองครับ ถ้าไม่รู้จักช่างสังเกตขนาดนี้ กลับไปทำเทรนเนอร์อย่างเดียวเถอะ ขอบคุณครับ

We are from Malaysia and this club is superb. They provide gym wear for you and you don't even need to bring one. The changing room is spacious and clean. Fitness equipment all under well maintain. A must try for other FF members around the world.
We been there twice and joined the body combat class. Instructor is good but we don't understand Thai. Although some instruction given in English but most of the time is Thai. Well, that is not a major issue.

Great fitness, specially this branch has most of the amenities. This place is extremely crowded. Really hard to find an empty machine. Bathrooms are huge and clean. They have Sauna and not Steam. So keep in mind.

Cheap small towels. This place being so crowded, i still see staff being patient and most of the time don't miss greeting customers.

Good gym. It's large and over two floors has everything you need. Has all the equipment for CrossFit (except for wb and rope climb) and enough free weights to do some heavy lifting though the free weight area needs more rack space.

I went during lunchtime as a drop-in. 850thb plus passport needed. It wasn't busy and didn't need to wait much at all but can imagine that at peak time you can't get on the free weights.

If you prefer machines and cardio it's well equipped with a variety of stuff.

They also have spin, yoga, and other classes like some body combat but didn't try.

I've been trhere several times, so many machines and well equipped but a bit old and always crowded which makes the air con less effective. I prefer central world which is 2 minutes away.

Very convenient location, at 4th floor inside Siam paragon. Lots of facilities for your workouts.

Avoid coming on weekday nights, it is the busiest time of the day and the gym is full of people. Expect a little queue on machines.

Overall good club but instructor microphones way to loud. Makes it difficult to hear trainer and have a relaxing workout.

Overcrowded, always.
Very expensive (more than in Europe!)
They give soft drinks full of sugar, is it a gym or a fast-food seriously? !
Fitness First probably think they are the fancy place to be in this dirty and ugly city of Bangkok

The receptionist was so rude to me. She was always upset and answered my questions badly. I wonder are this the way Platinum branch treats customers. So disappointed.
