I know why the queue is quite long for dinner. If you are the first time customer, you may find it difficult to book the restaurant but it is worth the long await.

แค่บอกว่านี่อะไรๆ เลยไม่ค่อยรุ้สึกสนุกหรือมีอารมณ์ร่วมกับมื้ออาหาร

ห้องอาหารตกแต่งสวย สงบ
แต่เราได้ที่นั่งข้างทางห้องครัว
พื้นเป็นไม้และมีคนเดินเข้าออกตลอดเวลา จึงเหมือนมีแรงสะเทีอนนั่งโยกตลอด รำคาญมาก

ทางเข้าในวันที่ฟ้าครึ่ม มีดมากค้องเดินผ่านโรงรถ ไฟไม่มี หรือมีแต่ไม่เปิด บันไดก็สีดำ คือมองอะไรไม่เห็นและรู้สึกสกปรก

อร่อยมาก พนักงานสุภาพ เป็นกันเอง เชฟRandy ดูแลอย่างดี
ร้านลับมากถ้าไม่เคยมาจะงงหน่อยครับ
ต้องมาลองไม่ผิดหวัง

Excellent omakase lunch in a very intimate space. The produce is meticulously sourced. Great value, highly recommended.

จะพูดอย่างไรดีว่านี่คือศิลปะแห่งรส แต่ละคำมาในรูปแบบที่ง่าย เรียบ แต่พอรับประทานเข้าไปมีความซับซ้อนของรสที่เล่าได้ตามประสบการณ์เป็นขั้นตอน เนื้อปลาเย็นหวาน เค็มอ่อนๆแต่หอม เปรี้ยวตัดเบาๆเหมือนเสียงกระซิบ บางคำมารสเผ็ดซ่า จากวาซาบิ และกลิ่นไหม้อ่อนๆจากสาหร่าย ตบท้ายด้วยไข่หวานฟูนุ่ม ไม่ละลายให้เสียในคราวเดียวแต่ค่อยยวยซึมไปในแต่ละคำ ตบท้ายด้วยไอศครีมโซยุหอม จบมื้อเที้ยงแห่งวันนั้นประทับใจมาก เลยต้องของจองลองเชฟแรนดี้อีกครั้งเจอกันเดือนมิถุนา2021นะคะ

This food is average, but WAYYYYY over-priced. You just cannot charge the same prices as places like Sushi Zo or Masato when the food is sub-par in comparison. Don't waste your money with the omakase here, go to a proper Japanese sushi chef's restaurant instead.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. The first time I ate there it was fantastic. The second time it was awful.

Usually not a big fan when I hear fusion food but Fillet is an exception. Great quality of sushi, sashimi, soups, meat. Many awards already well deserved.

Low quality food for expensive price. Not worth it. First time here and decided to go for their most expensive items. Ordered 2 premium uni (one was 1800+ and the other was 1200+) which was not fresh at all. When we're paying $$$$ for top shelf product, we expect the best. This is simply unacceptable. Also ordered the fish head which smelled like cow. The other food was ok. Toro truffle was decent. Garlic fried rice was good.

Wanted to speak to management about their uni quality, but no managers were present. The waitresses also did nothing about the orders.

Bad food. Bad service. There's much better restaurants nearby for the same price point.

Would not return.

The quality of food was great. I enjoyed everything I ordered. Actually, also try yuzu lemonade. Make a reservation before dropping in.

Overall quite satisfied. Great food, tasty and nicely represented. Good service and atmosphere.

Have a great dinner here at Fillets. We tried mini omakase which serve 16 dish. The quality of the ingredients is very good. Easy to eat and tasty. Would definitely come back again.

Fusion Japanese restaurant. Every dish is nicely presented. However, on the evening that we are there, some items on the menu (Uni, Hamaji) are not available and the bartenders do not come to work so that they cannot serve any cocktails. The place is a bit loud.

Food is so fresh and sushi is so good. They have 3 kinds of Uni from Hokkaido and all of them are super delicious. All the fish and shell are perfect. The only thing is that be prepared to pay the price for great food!

Overpriced wanky place! I was early and advised waitress of this and ordered a drink. About 15 minutes later the peanut who I assume was bar manager sent waitress over to ask me if I was going to order something! I was displeased but stayed for food just so I could give proper review. Food was tasty but in the heart of Bangkok I could have ordered 90% of the same dishes for 1/10th the price and no attitude.

Used BRW, the set was ok, but compared to 999+. It could be a bit better.
Surprisingly, with overall great environment with quite nice decoration and neat to details as seen logo on things. But the coaster in stead of proper one, they serve drink with tissue as a coaster. Well it may ok, but it stick to the glass and devalued the whole thing. Just comment to improve. Thanks.
