Fighting Lab Bangkok reviews
8 Our teachers make every lesson fun!
It's tough at times, but when it's finished I feel refreshed and accomplished!
The basic fitness is based on Muay Thai, but there are also mass spark classes, etc, and I think that the curriculum is designed not only for beginners but also for a wide range of people.
I have visited several gyms in Bangkok and this one is the best in terms of cleanliness. Changing rooms and shower rooms are also separated for men and women.
Basically, it is completely indoors and is not affected by the weather.
The classes themselves are not forced, and the teachers tell you that you can take a break whenever you feel like it's hard.
Above all, I think it is the cheapest price in Bangkok city for all-you-can-eat without upper limit.
I am happy that I can come at my favorite timing without reservation.
I am grateful that I can continue to take lessons on days when I have physical strength because I can attend as much as I want.
Most of the people are Japanese, so you can make a lot of friends without worrying about the language barrier!
All the instructors are friendly and even if you have zero fighting experience, you can rest assured that they will teach you well.
This kickboxing gym is easily accessible from both Phrom Phong and Thonglor stations.
It feels more like exercise than Muay Thai.
Depending on the time of day you go, the customer base and number of people will change. The place is not so big, so it can feel cramped during busy hours.
Since it is open for a long time from 10: 00 to 20: 00, it can be solved by adjusting the time to go.
Most of the trainers are Thai, and Japanese managers are stationed.
Communication with Thai trainers is basically non-verbal.
If you want to be taught in Japanese, it's a bit difficult, but you should be able to understand it somehow.
Regarding administrative procedures, there is no problem at all because there are Japanese people.
This gym is suitable for those who want to get rid of lack of exercise, those who want to do it in a friendly atmosphere, and those who have just started kickboxing.
Reservations are not required and you can attend as many classes as you want, so it is recommended for people who don't mind repetitive practice and people who want to go casually.
I enjoy going there, but there are some disappointments, so I give it 3 stars with high expectations.
I will continue to support you.
Rare in Muay Thai? This is an indoor facility with air conditioning. Professional and former professional instructors let you hit one-on-one, so it's a full-fledged one. At first it was for the purpose of losing weight, but now Muay Thai is fun and I keep doing it
I'm having fun attending!
What I personally like
・Gloves can be borrowed
・Unlimited use of water server
・Shower room and changing room available
・Comfortable in an air-conditioned room
・Unlimited commute for a fixed amount
I think you can come empty-handed, but I bring a towel and a change of clothes. There is a shower, so you can go out after exercising.
I've been to gyms where you pay as you go, but Muay Thai lessons push you to the limit, so paying as you go makes me feel heavy lol.
I think it's because I can attend as much as I want that I can keep going!
The staff are bright and cheerful, so lessons are fun!
I look forward to working with you!
It's 2000B a month, and there are lessons from 10: 00 in the morning to 20: 50 (17: 00 on Mondays and Saturdays).
Compared to other muay thai gyms, the cost is also gentle, one lesson is 50 minutes, just right, you can join in the middle, and you can join two lessons in a row if you still want to do it.
It is also good for stress relief after work on weekdays.
I am happy that there is a shower room, but there is no hair dryer, so it is difficult for women to use it, so I would be happy if you could put it there.
I would like you to consider going out before work in the morning and after Muay Thai on Sundays, as it will be easier to commute.
Location is very good, Near bts and along sukhumvit road, very accessible! Trainers and Manager are very nice, friendly and very accommodating. Gym is very clean and spacious.
Worth value of money, and highly recommended.
