I was a little worried when we first started talking to Brandon at Expat holidays. It almost seemed too good to be true. The pricing was decent, the itinerary Brandon put together was quick and extremely professional.it almost seemed TOO easy haha.

None the less - so happy we took the plunge, because the experience was flawless. Every day before any transport/event our rep would reach out us and fill us in on what we needed.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and the last thing we wanted to do was coordinate transportation etc.

Expat Holidays made our honeymoon so easy and so much fun! They are very organized from the second you get off the plane. We were relaxed throughout our trip knowing they had everything taken care of. In the initial planning process they are patient in gathering the type of trip you are looking for and working to make sure the itinerary is perfect for you. The in-country tour guides Luck and Sam provided a top-tiered and unforgettable service during our stay in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Both offered great insight into Thailand’s history, culture, customs, and cuisines. The time spent in Phuket was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling in the clear blue water and basking in the sun.

If you need a sign to book a trip to Thailand this is it! This company went ABOVE and beyond to help plan our trip to Thailand. We were able to do everything and then some that we wanted to. The tour guides were incredible and friendly, the communication was amazing. Brandon and Vanda were amazing and kept us in the loop on everything that was going to happen that day and if we were traveling they had all of our tickets printed and brought to our room. I hired this company to plan my two week honeymoon in Thailand. Lenny and his team were absolutely amazing every step of the way! They truly go above and beyond. They were extremely accommodating with any last minute changes/questions both before and throughout the duration of the trip. From the moment we stepped off the plane we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing, truly vacation mode! Our guide KyKy in Bangkok was so sweet, warm and friendly. She gave us such a lovely experience snd we had a fantastic time with her. The gentleman who guided us from Chang Rai to Chang Mai was equally as wonderful. Our driver in Phuket was patient and kind, having to take us to the hospital one evening because my husband fell ill. To my surprise he had waited outside for me for hours to ensure he would drive me back to my hotel. I really cannot say enough about this company. My husband and I talk about returning to Thailand often with friends and family, I can already tell you will be using Expat Holidays! Our entire experience with Expat Holidays was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning we had exceptional service, with 1: 1 support from Brandon who helped us create the honeymoon trip of our dreams. He took all of our initial preferences into account and then went above and beyond with the details of the plan. Once we were in Thailand the communication from Vanda and Brandon was top notch. Not only was it expertly coordinated, but also expertly executed. Every single driver, tour guide, excursion group etc was so amazing to work with and treated us with so much care. Truly cannot say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend!

The ABSOLUTE BEST! I am so grateful I found Lenny and his team to plan my *dream* honeymoon! The planning was so easy, Lenny was so quick with his responses and totally receptive to my questions and requests. Lenny, Vanda and their team put together an itinerary for a honeymoon I could only dream of. Every detail was thought out and planed so well, my husband and I could actually enjoy every moment of our trip. They were super accommodating with needing to change our date due to Covid restrictions and had great recommendations and tour guides. I would definitely use them again for future trips!

So grateful to have found this group! I discovered them through an app called Zicasso. I filled out my preferred location, date range, budget, and activities, and was presented with two itineraries from different travel agencies. Lenny's itinerary was phenomenal, filled with a variety of activities, superb hotels, and additional recommendations of things to do on leisure days. Since this was for my honeymoon, I must have emailed him over 50 times with ideas I gathered from friends and questions that came up. He was always quick to respond and willing to switch up the schedule to meet my needs. The trip was flawless. We felt like VIP (on a budget) the entire time. Very grateful for the all the details (private car reservations, meals included in activities, ocean view rooms with champagne welcome packages) that really made us relax the entire time!

We did 14 days in Thailand for our Honeymoon in November 2022. Lenny (and Vanda!) were an absolute rockstar team to work with. We could not be happier that our honeymoon was spent in Thailand and this amazing experience is something we owe to Expat Holidays. He helped us put together a customized itinerary for 2 weeks in 4 different locations (Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui). There wasn't a single moment throughout the trip where we weren't looked after by Lenny & Team. The organization (especially with transportation) was top-notch. I highly recommend Expat Holidays, Lenny, and his fantastic team to anyone else who is looking to put together an intimate, exciting, wild, or unforgettable time in beautiful Thailand!

We usually prefer to plan trips ourselves, but decided to work with an agent for our two-week trip to Thailand. Lenny and the Expat Holidays Thailand team planned the perfect trip for us from beginning to end - I am so happy we worked with them! They truly listened to our preferences and organized every detail, which made our experience stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. The guides and tours they work with in Thailand also are top-notch. We loved the time we got to spend with Tong, Mr. Piak and Sam, who guided us through Bangkok, Kanchanaburi and Chiang Mai, respectively. Expat Holidays also organized some once-in-a-lifetime activities, including one-on-one time with elephants, beautiful waterfall hikes, sea cave kayaking, and a cooking lesson with a local family, which were among the (many) highlights of our trip. The Expat team was in contact with us almost daily to prep for the next day’s activities and to ensure we were enjoying our stay - it was the perfect amount of contact, informed and well-connected without feeling intrusive. (Shoutout to Vanda, who is an all-star!) I cannot say enough good things about this team - from communication and logistics, to hotel and excursion choices, everything was well done. I would not hesitate to work with Expat Holidays again. It was a joy:)

From start to finish, Expat was 12/10. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff in all locations ensured our honeymoon was flawless from start to finish. Look no further for your Thailand adventure! My friend and I traveled for 14 days in Thailand and vietnam. Lenny helped us plan our entire trip there, and we loved every minute of it! Very communicative and easy to work with in the planning portion. I never felt that my questions (which were many!) were a hassle or bother for him to answer or look into. I appreciated Lenny’s honest opinions (for example about accommodations) and found his opinions to be spot on with what we would enjoy. Once we were on our trip, lenny and his team were great at not only staying in touch but also being immediately accessible. It was so nice to have everything planned beforehand such that we hardly had to “think/figure things out” while we were there. We could just focus on enjoying the experience and taking it all in! We had a wonderful experience with Lenny and his team. From the very start, Lenny offered a personalized experience as he took the time to personally call my wife and I to discuss our travel style, as well as our likes and dislikes. Lenny was always available to communicate, even with the 11 hour time difference we had with him in our hometown. Lenny and his team spent countless hours, tailor making our trip to be exactly what we had dreamed of. He was quick to help us make changes and offered a variety of suggestions and recommendations. When we arrived in Thailand, everything was taken care of for us, from start to finish. From airport transfers, to drivers, to tour guides, to snacks, to anything we could imagine, it was all taken care of. Lenny and his colleague, Tiger, were available via text the entire time we were in Thailand and checked in daily to confirm pickups, tour times, and to check to see if we needed anything. Our tour guide, Kiki, was one of the highlights of our trip. She was absolutely amazing and a true asset to the Expat Holidays travel team. Being with Kiki was like being with an old friend. She had our tours planned impeccably and provided services well beyond that of a typical tour guide in that she acted as our personal photographer. Each night, she would send us a video of that day's adventures. We were truly sad when we had to leave Kiki to continue on our trip. We wish we could have taken her with us for the duration of our trip. We still miss Kiki, even now that we are home. As much as we loved Kiki, all of the tour guides and drivers were great. We had quite a few laughs with the Bangkok Airport transfer driver. We enjoyed each hotel selected, especially our final hotel in Samui. We highly recommend Expat Travel!

Lenny and his team were incredible. The whole team literally allowed my wife and I to turn off our brains and just enjoy everything Thailand had to offer. They knew exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon and executed. Professional, experienced, and most of all FUN! We will absolutely be going back and be only giving them our business. We have already convinced some of our friends to come with us the next time around and I have no fear they will make it just as great!

Lenny listened to our travel wishes and he put together a travel itinerary that was perfect for our family of 5. It combined adventure with opportunities to see the natural beauty that Thailand offers. The service and communication was exceptional. 11 nights around Thailand and Cambodia with all internal flights, hotels and private or group tours suggested and booked with the Expat Holidays. I came to through an international portal that sent my request to 2 local partners for me to choose from. The other partner was much faster giving me a full programme but there were quite a few things not quite right. It took a bit more to hear from Lenny at Expat Holidays but he first requested a call to understand our likes and dislikes, what we were looking for and the type of travellers we were. When the proposition came, I couldn't wait to come and visit all the places he suggested as well as the hotels. It's as if it had been me selecting everything, if not better, without spending all the time a trip planning requires.

We still adapted a few destinations mostly due to our time constraints and then flights avalibility.

We did Bangkok-Phnom Penh - Siem Riep - Singapore (although we had to book the hotel here as they don't provide services for Singapore) - and Koh Samui

In Bangkok, Siem Riep and Koh Samui we had some organised trips that were great. We loved the hotels proposed, all transfers went smoothly and couldn't be happier at the end of our holidays that Lenny and his team were with us all along the way, always in contact and available.
