Emma Motorbike and Scooter Rental - Bangkok, Thailand reviews
69The owner of the 125 car offered a price of 350 a day, which was a bit expensive. Unfortunately, there was no deal.
Super kind and flexible people. Great bike, I rented for a week to explore Bangkok and definitely recommend them. Also a cat left some damage to the bike seat overnight and the owner didn’t charge me any money.
Thank you, I will rent again from you when I am back in Bangkok:)
I rent 2 bikes.once is a yamaha gt125, another one is honda forza 350. Both bikes are great and superb. I prefer the gt125 since it is good enough and really soft suspension inside city; the forza I rent to go Khao Yai, the engine is strong and reliable to go outside Bangkok. The lady is also really nice, recommend Emma Motorbikes for everyone.
Super friendly and easy process to rent a good Honda motorbike! Generous staff did not charge us for a stolen helmet.
This is a great place to rent a bike here in Bangkok. I did not get to meet Emma, but I met her sister Emmy, and she was very easy to talk to and communicate with. I rented one bike and I drove away and noticed there was a problem with the bike. It was misfiring so I rode right back and Emmy was super understanding and traded it out for another bike. No problem! I drove the bike for two days with no problems. Except for when I didn't know the proper procedure to start the bike and was having trouble I called them and Emmys boyfriend was very helpful he walked me through the proper starting procedure and I was on my way. Very nice, helpful and understanding people. I would recommend anyone to rent their bike here.
We had hired a Yamaha NMax scooter and at the time of returning it, there were scratches discovered which is totally my fault. The damage may have happened at my hotels parking lot.
I spoke to the owner and he was very curtiius and offered me a discount on the damages that was to be paid. He very nicely explained to me the cost of the spare part for replacing the front plastic panel which is totally understandable.
I would highly recommend all to go to Emma Motorbikes. They will not cheat you. I believe the owner is either from England or Ireland.
Thank you EMMA motorbikes for the lovely service.
With lots of love and respect from INDIA.
Best motorbike rental in Bangkok! I rented a bike for 3 months. Excellent service and helpful staff. Thank you so much Emma!

This company is one of the largest motorcycle rental companies in Bangkok. However, I had a less than satisfactory experience with Emma Motorbike. In my opinion, the staff were not very attractive and appeared to be quite old. I also did not receive any special treatment, and I suspect that the owner's wife may work in a bar. From what I've heard, the owner of the business is not very popular in Bangkok. Additionally, I noticed that there were often new staff members at the company.
Emma's motorbike shop exudes a certain rudeness that's hard to ignore. As I approached the lot, my eyes were drawn to the gleaming bikes and the flow of cash that seemed to pour in. But my excitement was short-lived as I was met with a red-faced white male and a Thai woman who I presume was Emma, hailing from Pattaya. They rejected me outright, simply because of the way I looked – a fate that seems to befall most visitors here. The bikes themselves were a sorry sight, a haphazard mess that matched the low level of class displayed by this establishment. Truly, Emma's motorbike shop is an awful place
I have been renting a bike at this place for 2 years. Always serviced my bike and came to my condo when needed. Absolutely lovely people and fantastic service
Good price, good bikes
Honda Forza 350 is awesome
For me I think their bike has better quality than others.
And much cooler, they deserve more customers
And the owners are so nice.
This service has space prices, there is no point in wasting your time. For Click 155cc, they ask for 500 BAHT per day!)
That’s funny) Please bypass
Relatively easy to find
Exact address; 984/61 Soi, Pridi Banomyong 40 Alley, Phra Khanong, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
Mo is very friendly but she has limited English.
A wide variety of bikes. Best to book ahead for the bigger bikes. Normal drivers license is fine and didn't find it an issue with Thai police. Lots of fun but Bangkok traffic is not for newbies. Also stay off the tollroads. Motorcycles atr not allowed.
Scooter rental price is extremely high. Compared to fat boys motorcycle rental they are nearly 3 x the price!
Check around for prices first before renting here.
Update
Just rented a honda click for 2000 baht for 2 weeks from Fat Boys.
Emma's quoted me 350 a day, which is 4900 for two weeks (this was after I bargained)
I have rented a vespa for 3 months from Fat boys and although it is true that it was 4 years old, I have no concerns about quality - it was well maintained and had very good tyres.
I am not a first time rider - at 57 years old, I have ridden since I was 19. I am a resident in Bangkok.
I understand everyone needs to make a living, but I stand by my comment that the prices at Emma's are high for longer term rentals.
Easy going, great bikes, well maintained, have phone holder + extra storage, can take out of Bangkok, fair prices, and only small cash deposit (no passport)
Emma and team are highly recommended. Array of bikes to choose from all in great condition at very good prices. They are very flexible and helpful, can do early pick up and late drop-off. I've used their motorbikes for trips to Khao Yai and Kanchanburi, more than 3 times already
It was a pleasure renting from Emma.
Great selection of quality bikes and helmets. Clean, easy to get to facility.
No hidden extra costs.
Will definitely be back.
Great place to rent scooters and motorcycles. Great prices and they returned my deposit. Was very friendly and helpful. Bank at end of road to get cash. Will rent again when I return to Thailand.
If you are wanting to rent a bike in Thailand this is the place to go, we rented it for 4 days and there was no problems at all:), all the bikes are new or in great condition and they have a wide range of bikes, if you don’t want to leave your passport they will take a deposit, and bikes are very affordable. We have rented loads of bikes before and this was one of the best the owners are so amazing and friendly.
I highly recommend you choose this location to rent a bike, thanks so much from Tom and alysha:)!
This was one of the best rental experiences I had in thailand with any bike company. The honesty and professionalism is at the highest level. I only know this because I had a long term rental (which they gave me a great deal on) in which someone crashed into the bike in the mall parking lot. The bike they gave me was brand new, and the person who crashed into it caused major damage and ran away. Emma was extremely professional, let me know they had insurance, did not try to scam me, which 100% would have been the case if it was any other bike company. They returned my passport and were kind and caused no issues to me at all even tho the new bike was very damaged. Great people, I will only rent from them when I’m back in Bangkok!
