382 people, course menu, 1 glass of wine came to 14K+ bhts, similar to other Michelin prices in BKK Not innovative. Subpar in both unique ingredients and taste. The best 2 dishes were Mushroom with melted Mimolette with corn/based fritters, and ice cream desserts. Over-used caviar and Yuzu in my opinion without offering something unique. Service is friendly and professional.
Was my third time dining here. The wakiu I tried in Japan was not as good as here. The service is nice. Wonderful experience!
Very talented chef, tasty and well balance. Impressive presentation and technique. Not too far to understand!
ร้านนี้มาบ่อยสุดฝนร้านติดดาวทั้งหมดในไทย อาหารเมนูจะเปลี่ยนไปตาม season เนื้อคือดีมาก ราคาก็ไม่แรงมาก
What a feast!
Since the Spanish chef Gerard take the lead on Elements restaurant looks new.
Next level food focusing on the best produce from Japan and France.
Perfect executed dishes and combinations.
Kombucha pairing is also a great addition to the meal.
Serve as attentive and kind.
The best place in Bangkok at his game.
The flavours in the course is amazing and offered a very high level of savoury satisfaction without being too overpowering in each course.
Incredible experience! Very refined French cuisine using high ending Japanese ingredients and techniques. The level of Chef Gerard food and the service are worth it more than 1 star. Must try!
Was not only a luxurious experience, it was a hearty too & that what made it exceptional.

I chose Mizu experience 8 courses.
It’s amazing when you can see how they cook because it’s opened kitchen and you will feel like you are cooking with the chef and team. And you will be excited for watching the dish they are cooking that for me or not?
Food are wonderful, fresh, texture and variety of meat and seafood. The sauce is really good to eat with raw fish. And the most unique beverage pairing are many kind of Kombuchas for good digestive. I am not type of wine pairing so this is suit me.
Also Thank you @chefgerardvillaret and team for good hospitality.
By the way, Solo diner isn’t bad. Because all the staffs are friendly.
Great attention to details. Superb preparation and presentation of the dishes. Service level is top notch.
Once again, we thank the whole team for the wonderful time spent on our honeymoon, everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door, the food was presented and seasoned perfectly, the wine and homemade kombucha were professionally selected for the dishes.thank you all, we enjoyed it a lot.
1 Michelin star, amazing view and impressive fusion food. Recommended for outdoor alfresco dinner
The restaurant is very good. The servers are really nice. The food is amazing and I really recommend you the restaurant to you.
Gastronomic amazing fancy dinner, a surprising flow of art in a plate. Tasty and perfect experience, for me plant based with Kombucha paring.
Chef Gerard and Sebastián make our dinner together with Khung Vela and of course looking after every minimal detail Khung Kwang.
A French restaurant with Japanese influences. Visited as a party of 3 and had the Matsu (7 course) dinner set. The food was exceptional, very similar to many of the better French fine dining joints in Japan and the service was friendly and precise. The highlight of our meal was the A5 Satsuma Waygu and the Oyster dish was surprising pleasing. The pebble in the dessert was very creative, though would like a little bit more creamy or richness to the dessert. Overall an exceptional dining experience and highly recommended.
Creative and delicious French cuisine with Japanese influences.
Good ambience.
Exceptional service.
I took 7 course (Matsu), it was wonderful. I recommend to add +800 thb for Wagyu beef, it's worth to try and also add +300 thb for Uni on top the fish dish. Their signature smoked miso butter is outstanding, other desserts were also great. You can request a complimentary cake for your special day. The atmosphere both outdoor and indoor was very nice.
Please check for recent promotion to get 6 course menu for 2 persons at 8,000+ baht. Recommend for couple, special event or festive season. Staffs are attentive. If you don’t take lamb, pay more to get premium Japanese beef (don’t feel disappoint with small portion). Complimentary bread & specialty butter gonna make you feel full.
Matsu: a good one Michelin star experience for Western-Japanese fine dine
Went for a one get one promotion with wine pairing.
Excellence service with knowledgeable staffs.

A perfect visit for rainy Friday night.
