El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse

My recent dining experience at this El Gaucho branch exceeded expectations, especially when compared to the Thonglor and Asok locations. The service here stood out remarkably. Additionally, the quality of the food was great, and our meals arrived promptly, enhancing the overall experience.

When I visited for dinner on Tuesday, the restaurant was fully booked. I highly recommend checking for table availability in advance before planning your visit.

Another branch of El Gaucho in Bangkok. This steakhouse is one of my favorite brand in town. Best quality of beef with wide range of quality and price. Of course, price is quite high but restaurant always set promotion which 50% discount on steak menus. Better watch out and pick the promotion date then you can enjoy food steak with more reasonable price. Most staffs are foreigners and can’t speak Thai. So be prepared to order in English.

Best Medium cooked steak ever, so soft and juicy. The service was excellent. Loved the atmosphere.

The empanadas at this place were amazing. Wish the chimichurri portion was larger and that there was an option of skirt steak:) delicious food in any case.

I'll start off with that the staff was great and the atmosphere felt high class.

The food was way below average. We ordered 3 different kinds of steak (The trio) only the wagyu tasted decent. The other twp steaks were basically flavorless. We tried two different kinds of pasta's and another order of chicken, all of which were terrible. Even ordered a mac n cheese which was somehow bad. How can you ruin a mac n cheese?
Mashed potatoes were fine.
Overall, the taste to price ratio was just NOT worth it.
We each paid around 2100 baht and we left a little hungry even.

I have to reieterate that the staff were amazing, they went over and under. The food was just lacking.

Meat was perfect. Thanks in front of the price. Anyway you know where you are. The sauces were really not good. How come a chef cannot make their own sauces. They are not handmade for sure and this takes really away the flavor of the meet. Bad.

I am very happy that I visited the restaurant It turned out to be an incredibly wonderful place that I really managed to enjoy real Argentinian steaks made exactly as it should be exactly as requested fantastic side dishes for them everything prepared in the most professional way smiling staff very responsive environment cozy pleasant and predisposing to pleasure and rest, I highly recommend it to everyone because it is a place that really must be visited, a treasure of Bangkok.

Excellent quality of service, atmosphere, wine and food. We loved it. The reason for only 4 stars is the prices are ridiculous and everything is ala carte.

Decent meal, though I was abit disappointed with the wagyu rib eye. It was cooked to the correct temperature which was nice. Seating is comfortable

The food is excellent and the service staff are good too. Would have given them a 5 but the American steak was ok at best the rest of the food was very good from the cheese platter to the roast potatoes.

Great food and service. Food was delicious and staff very attentive. The cost though was expensive as if we were eating in good hotel restaurant. Avg 4000baht per person

Probably one of the most expensive restaurants in Bangkok but I love frequenting them.

Food is always spot on, and the shots at the end of the meal are awesome

This probably one of the best steak house in town. This outlet located in Sukhumvit Soi 11 area (beside Mercure Hotel). Very good atmosphere and ambience, serving with excellent and quality foods. Although, it's a bit pricey but it's more than worth it for your bucks.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. 120Baht for coke? ! This is actually robbery. I just ate here and I'm actually now hungry. Like how do I pay for food, eat a whole meal and still be hungry.

Don't water your money, this is absolutely not worth it.

เตือนนิดหนึ่งสำหรับท่านที่จองผ่าน eatigo เพื่อดีลพิเศษ อ่านข้อกำหนดดีๆก่อนจองนะคะ เพราะเวลาเดินเข้ามาที่ร้าน พนักงานจะไม่ย้ำท่านอีก ถึงข้อจำกัด ที่มักจะทำให้หลายท่านเข้าใจผิด (จุดนี้ผู้จัดการเองเป็นคนบอกกับเราว่า ข้อผิดพลาดเดิมๆเกิดขึ้นซ้ำๆ) ข้อจำกัดที่ซ้อนไว้เล็กๆ ไม่ใช้ความผิดของร้าน แต่ย้ำนะคะ ท่านต้องอ่านให้ดีนะ

肉はとにかく美味しいですが値段が高いです。eatigo で予約したい方添書きをよく読んでくださいね。気をつけてください。

Don't have much to add as folks can already attest to the delicious food here. Not normally a steak person, but their steak really is "melt in your mouth" good! I also love the complimentary caramel vodka. The service is impeccable.

Tolles Ambiente, überaus freundlicher Restaurant-Manager (2 Schnäpse und eine Zigarre gingen sogar aufs Haus), tolles Essen und sehr nette Kellner.

Sollte ich wieder nach Bangkok, komme ich wieder!

Stuffy restaurant because it is superior! One might say Putting on the Ritz but if you want a good steak this is a place to go. Perfunctory service, just trying to elevate the experience which is not at all irritating.if you bring your own wine it's 500 cork fee. Still at $50 for a filet mignon that would be a third or more any place else in the world

Excellent dinner. Welcoming friendly as can be. Ambiance lovely. Bar well stocked. Kitchen open to view. Chefs friendly. Service from waiters outstanding and impeccable.

Now to the food. Australia fillet steak was extremely tender and flavoursome. Cooked to perfection. Asparagus white was tender. The creamed asparagus also cooked to perfection.

Extremely delightful meal all round. Staff are outstanding (didn’t I say that already).

Price is international rate so high for Thailand.

A very good place for a good Steak. The Phiy Cheese steak sandwich is also very good. They offering some self add charamel Vodka. Tastes good
