Eat Sight Story Deck reviews
46Awful service.the waiter was so rude. I ordered but not served, they just served white people first.
I made a reservation and sat down by the window, and I had a really good view of Wat Arun. But the food is really poor compared to the price.the spring rolls are the best. It's not a waste if you think of it as place value.
Very bad booking experience just happened 10 minutes ago I'll never booking for my customers ever.
Asks for 10 outdoor seats and I'm ok to wait for confirmation if it's possible, answered by a man staff.
A Female staff called me 1hr later and said it's FULL booking for outdoor, only available inside table.
I still try to ask for outdoor but separate table.however, it's same answer "full".
How is possible suddenly new booking at same day makes full without one vacant table left for 3,4 seats in one hour? !
I think of that lady force me to use inside table instead.but, I refused to booking anyway.
I'll never introduce my customer to this restaurant ever. Sorry!
Food was good. I was worrying about bad comments but for me food was yum. View was breathtaking but price was breathtaking too. Staff kind of giving me a stress like table change and join with other. You have to pay extra 10% service charge and 7% tax.
Food is bland.especially Thai food. We order chicken satay, roasted honey pork, prawn spring rolls. Not worth the money ordering Thai food.
If you're going there to enjoy the view and have some nips.order pizza. They have a pretty good pizza with a reasonable price.comparing to other Thai food.
Price of a small bottled water is 50 THB.it shouldn't be allowed.but somewhat I understand why by just sitting there. There are people who go there to take pictures and use the bathroom and just order water. But the restaurant should consider providing drinking water for customers who order food.
Local beers are more expensive than in 5 stars hotels. So better get their cocktails. They make a very good Singapore sling.
Desserts are good. I recommend their lemon meringue pie. Crepes Suzette is not bad.just need a little more liqueur.
Would I recommend the place? Sure.it's nice and comfy.
The view is good, but there are four good spots for taking pictures, so it's better to go quickly. If you missed it, ask the staff in advance to move if you run out of seats, and they will let you move first. The competition for seats is fierce, so let's just go early!
Food receives a view value, so the recognition value is quite high.
Across the street is a shop where Wat Arun feeds.
Food was pretty good, not great for the price but I have found non-thai food hasn’t been that good so best to stick with the thai stuff. Restaurant was really nice and the outdoor dining area was great with a nice view of the temple. Staff also very friendly
Good quality food. The staff is really nice and the view is just amazing. I recomend to eat outside to enjoy the view of Wat Arun.
Delicious meal. Friendly staffs. Great atmosphere. Great view of Wat Arun. Highly recommends.
Great views and great service. We wanted to check out the nearby rooftop bar at first but they were closed, and were recommended this spot to relax and rest after a hectic morning of walking around town. So glad we popped in here and had some food and drinks. The coconut smoothie with espresso (though I skipped the side of espresso) was amazing.
Went for a drink - music was terrible and unbearable despite beautiful view, like the stuff you hear on a veterinary programme when someone's rabbit or hamster is being put down: -S
Super location next to river and facing directly Wat Arun Temple. Great food selection. I chose japanese scallop with linguine pasta with pesto sauce. Ausome. Lovely personel.
Nice view of the river, decently friendly vibes, nice outdoor lounge area. The escargot was cheap and delicious. Fairly priced for the view, but food was good not great.
If there is a 0 star review. I would have done it.
We booked the table 2 weeks ago to sit in the terrace. But they pretended we made the mistakes and didn’t make any reservation. Because they had a private reservation for the whole of the terrace.
Give us a call prior to the reservation day and let us know our reservation is not doable is not a problem, at least we can change our plan.
After checking on my phone record to confirm I called to reserve the table. Which I did. Then offered us a table on the rooftop bar with the view of somebody’s house rooftop.
That’s absolutely unbearable! Very very disappointed!
Very pleasant atmosphere on the Chao Praya and nice view of Wat Arun temple. The dishes are well presented and the generous quantities, The value for money is correct.
Highly recommend this cozy place overlooking the river. You might have to walk in from the temple area due to security restrictions (you do not have to buy the long pants which the locals will harrass you). It has complementary wifi, and the food is superb. Portion is smaller than usual, but the taste is really good. Served by a waiter polite named WIN. We tried the following:
Grilled Pork Neck with Honey and Sticky Rice (MUST TRY) - 260 Baht
Green Curry Roasted Pork in Coconut Milk and Lychee Sweet Basil - 260 Baht
Great spot for drinks, food and sunset views of the Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn) on the Chao Phraya. The setting is worth the slight markup in cost. The downstairs deck will fill up fast in the evening so make sure to get there before sunset.
