I was happy with the service and prices. I went in to have some photos printed and got a passport photo while I was there. The two women that helped me seemed friendly enough.
If in the Silom area and need photos printed or portraits taken I would recommend this place.
I asked the staff for photos suitable for a Canadian passport application. Surprisingly, they had no idea how large that was, so I showed them my passport and they measured it. The resulting photos were almost rejected by the Canadian consulate for being the wrong size (cropped too tightly). The photos were well exposed but cropped quite carelessly. On top of it all, I found the service rude and dismissive. Not recommended.
