Double Dogs Tea Room

As I am into tea a lot. I am surprised to find the quality of tea they serve there in Bangkok! It is a hole in the wall but you will see the tea you don't normally find in BKK and the owner is generous to serve it on the menu. One thing I have to mention is the ceramic teawares he uses there are also pieces of art! Don't forget to order tea ice-cream if you go there! It was the best matcha ice-cream I ever had! I swear its even better than some of the places in Tokyo!

Fantastic place specialized in Tea. It's not cheap but it's worth it if you like tea.

Nice place for a chat. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of tea. They also sell teapots and teacups.

The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful for the choice of tea to have on the spot and to buy to bring back home. They taught me how to prepare my "pu er", which utensils to use etc. And I got a nice discount. But they didn't know the origin of that strange name for a tea outlet. (2017). But pictures 2023.

Don’t hesitate to ask for guidance on what to order. Store owner was SO friendly and very knowledgable. Made the experience fantastic!

เปิดประสบการณ์ใหม่ในการดื่มชาร้อนแบบเชิงลึก ส่วนตัวชอบการบรรยายชาของพี่เจ้าของร้านมาก อยากให้ไปลองกันดูค่ะ ส่วนขนมที่กินกับชาเราชอบเลาะทึ้งจี้มากกกกกกกกก (กอไก่ล้านตัว) เข้ากับชาร้อนมาก เมนูที่ร้านจะเป็นภาษาจีน คำอ่านพินอิน บางตัวก็จะมีเขียนไว้ว่าชาตัวนี้คาแร็กเตอร์ประมาณไหน แต่เราสามารถถามพี่เจ้าของร้านได้เลยค่ะ พี่เจ้าของร้านคือพร้อมแนะนำมากค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะแวะไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ ขอบคุณสำหรับกาละแมกับ panna cotta ด้วยค่ะ ‍️

A warm and friendly tea shop specialized in Chinese tea found in Chinatown. There is a large choice of tea available and the owner is very knowledgeable on his products. There's also a variety of cakes available to go along with your tea.

I lived in China for the last 5 years before covid. I was really missing having a tea house on every corner. This little shop really hit the spot. Great quality tea, good decor and friendly service.

We just spot this tea shop accidentally, and it is a jackpot! I met the staff and they were polite to answer all our questions from a bunch of newbie girls drinking tea. She recommends pretty good option tea for a beginner at drinking. They give a nice instrustion for drinking tea as we told them that we have not enter this type of tea house before. The smell of the tea is so SWEET, we choose 2 teas, a special tea for honey smell and a standard white tea. We only focus on the tea, because the tea really good. We did enjoy the conversation when visit there.

I rated service of the shop only. One staff in particular was very rude and unprofessional. We got the wrong menu despite repeating it more than several times when ordering. We told her politely but she got very upset and argued. Later she made us correct one but complaining that ‘it was customer’s fault’ loudly enough for the whole store to hear.
Truly understand that miscommunication can occur but how she handled the situation was unacceptable for us.

An escape from the chaos in China town. The atmosphere inside is very serene and peaceful. There are many tea options for selection. Friendly and warm welcome from the staffs.

Good tea but super! Over price! Rather than tea the food and snack were pretty bad.radish cake were aircon room temperature cold, the sesame mochi thing is super average compare to the price tag, and the cheap old days snack together completely not worth the price. However, super good tea but definitely not that price. Super shock with the price saw some came in see the menu and got out
