A prior appointment is necessary. Simply coming is not advisable as the doctors are too busy making spontaneous appointments.

Report; English/German
2023-I go here every year for dental cleaning. The total cost including x-rays is THB 2600.2018-I was here for my teeth cleaning. First time at the new location. Very modern. Idyllic location. Found well. Thanks to Grab Taxi. Very empathetic dentists. Dental cleaning very gentle and effective! Parking spaces in the hotel's own underground garage. Using the HABITO Mall as a guide is certainly not wrong for a cab driver unfamiliar with the area. Cost of dental cleaning: 1700 baht including preliminary examination
-Report old location 2017
I come here to have my teeth cleaned. Already for the second time. I asked for a German-speaking dentist. There actually is one. He treated me too. What more could I want? I am treated well. The dentist speaks German. Absolutely top price. I like to come back.
I like the ambience. The pool in the waiting room is also something special.

2 wisdom teeth removed and cost
28000 THB. There is no receptionist at information. The doctor and performance is ok, but price is quite premium. FYI.
The customer takecare service is not good.

Top hospital. Super clean, professional team and modern equipment. Don't really understand why people complain. With appointment no need to wait long.

I recently visited the dental hospital and overall, I had a good experience. The facilities were well-maintained, and the doctors and nurses were decent. However, there was one issue that I would like to highlight. The lack of floor signs inside the elevators was quite problematic.

When I entered the elevator, I found myself unsure of which floor to go to. I assumed that the first floor would be the reception area, but to my surprise, there was no one there. I decided to check the second floor, only to find out that it was dedicated to children department and the nurses there directed me to the 6th floor, where the main reception was located. I found it puzzling that a hospital, a place where clear directions are crucial, did not have any signs inside the elevators indicating the different floors.

When I mentioned this concern to the reception, they informed me that there were signs placed outside the elevators. While I understand their point, it would have been much easier for customers like me to know where to go if there were signs inside the elevator as well. People can often forget to read signs or may not notice them in the first place. In a public place such as a hospital, having signs inside the elevator is a common practice and helps customers navigate more easily.

Considering the limited space inside the elevator, I suggest that if putting signs for each floor seems too burdensome or cluttered, they could at least have a sign indicating that the main reception is located on the 6th floor. This way, customers would be aware of the specific floor they need to reach without overwhelming the elevator with multiple signs.

Unfortunately, the receptionists did not seem receptive to my suggestion. They did not show any willingness to address the issue or take the suggestion forward. They appeared certain that everyone should know that the reception area is located on the 6th floor. This lack of willingness to improve their services was disappointing, especially considering the reputation of this hospital.

Overall, I had a positive experience at the dental hospital in terms of the facilities, doctors, and nurses. However, I believe that the hospital's reception could benefit from additional training and should be more open to customer feedback. Implementing a sign inside the elevator, even if it's just for the 6th floor indicating the main reception, would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients and visitors, ensuring that they can easily find their way without unnecessary confusion.

Been a faithful long term customer taken all my family (5 people) there since been living in Bangkok & spent allot of money with them. They have some very good dentists and facilities. They have invested massively in infrastructure and seem to have spent little or nothing on customer service (CS) training. Appointments are never on time always late and bill takes 15 - 20 minutes to get at end of process. Their ability to handling international clients if a non routine issue occurs is very poor plus there seems to be no senior management on hand to assist if international clients have more in depth enquires. Cost wise they are very very expensive and have no interest to listed to customer feedback as I see it. I will be living in Bangkok for the rest for my life another 30 years plus all being well I hope. I will be looking to move my business after latest treatment and communications from their CS team.

Hospital staff not too good at managing schedules and dealing with delays.
I understand that doctors often show up late, but if they could let me know ahead of time rather than have everyone wait 30+ mins I could go do other things in the meantime: (

Also very difficult to call, they barely ever pick up.

Good facilities, clean, parking is convenient. Waiting area could be better considering the wait is always so long.

I started to visit the dental hospital since 2014 and I would like to thank the brilliant Dr. Panappa, her colleagues, nurses and the helpful and caring staff for the great job they did on my teeth.

During these years I had several visits for dental cleaning, fillings and crowns but also for more complex work on root canal and several implants. The clinic itself is of high standard as are the dental products.

Dr. Panappa and her colleagues did their best to put my mind at ease and the resulting work has always been fantastic!

I also have to mention that all the clinic did their best to fix the necessary appointments as my stays in Bangkok always were very short!

All in one I can highly recommend this place to everyone for the quality of service in any way!

We have been coming here for more then 20 years. First at the hospital on Soi 49 and now at the brand new hospital. What a feast and joy that we could return after Covid 19 and as always the service, treatments and hospitality our outstanding. For me it feels like being in heaven and in the hands of fantastic experienced specialists in their field and all details are correct. During these years a plan was made and my old fillings were replaced and now I only to return for regular checkup and cleaning and sit back and relax in a perfect setting. I can't wait to return for my next appointment. A very satisfied patient!

We are happy to be back at the Dental Hospital again after Covid-19. We are clients for more than twenty years. Since a few years they have a new location. It is top modern. They have high professional equipment.
We highly recommend the Dental Hospital because they have highly professional trained caring staff and put the patients needs first. You are welcomed. From the beginning to the end they take care of you. They explain the treatments to you.
In our country we were always afraid to go to the dentist. But here we are looking forward to visit this great dental facility. It feels like going to a party.

Being a patient of Dental hospital in Bangkok for more than ten years now, I keep coming back every year. First as an active airline pilot, now as a retiree. Why did I choose this hospital and not another one? Because word spreads fast amongst crews in the airline industry. It takes years to build a good reputation, but only days to ruin it. Dental hospital always had a good one. And it kept it!
I am probably a good customer, having had lots of various treatments: several root canals, extractions, inlays, crowns and three implants. I always felt well and treated like a VIP.
The hygiene, the quality of work, the friendliness and professionalism are exceptional there. Compared to my home country, where one dentist does all or most of the above work himself, there is a doctor for everything here, working on his specialty like root canal treatment for example. This is what I prefer. Work between the specialists is easily coordinated. Being in the same building, they can see and exchange with each other just across the corridor (should questions arise or making further treatment necessary).
And at home:
Can you make an imprint today and get the crown next day if you are on a tight schedule?
Does your dentist give you a lifetime warranty on implants and a three year warranty on crowns?
At Dental Hospital they do.
What else can I say? TRY IT.

Worst management ever. We have been coming here for years and their reputation of ‘worst management dental hospital’ never changed. They had us wait for an appointment WE BOOKED for 3 hrs and when I came up and asked what was happening, they said it’s because there was an ‘overlapped’ appointment and they thought this ‘overlap’ appointment was gonna be fast. I was shock and amaze at how this was even possible. I loved the dentists here, but sadly, I’m done with this place and would never come back.

It was so pleasing to return to Bangkok and our friends at the Bangkok Dental Hospital after two years of lockdowns and no international travel.
It was no surprise to learn that this magnificent facility was the only Government approved dental provider in Bangkok during Covid lockdowns.
We are so pleased to be continuing our dental plan - all the work is basically old dental work (40 years ago) being replaced by modern technology (Crowns & Implants) and wonderful professional doctors.
It is absolutely amazing the amount of work they can do in such a short time - it could never happen in Australia.
We look forward to returning and completing our plan with this marvelous team of professionals.

My family had been going to Dental hospital for many years because their old location used to be convenient to where we used to live. I've been hearing many bad reviews about them and my most recent experience with Dr. Panapa Sinthuprasirt proved me how horrible their service really is.

Dr. Panapa offered me a good deal for a dental crown after the Covid-19 lockdown and sent me for root- canal in preparation for that procedure.

When i went back after a few weeks, she refused to honor our agreement. I waited for more than an hour only to be told to arrange for an appointment with a "filling" doctor. I was so surprised as replacing my filling was what she discouraged me to have done in the first place. She was making all sorts of excuses to back out of what we agreed on.

I questioned her on why i had a root-canal and she said it was because i asked for it. How can a patient order a doctor for a procedure she doesn't need? I went there previously for a simple cleaning and was told that my filling had a problem and was referred to a specialist. I was not even in pain.

Dr. Panapa was desperate to cut a deal and sold me the idea that a dental crown is my only option as putting a new filling would only damage the nerve. I assumed that since business was starting to pick- up, she didn't need to keep our agreement, not to mention grant me the discounted price she offered. It was horrible and so degrading on her part to have to see a doctor "lie through her teeth"' I refused to argue and go down her level. I just walked off.

Not recommended! All they care about is money and not the patient. There are many other great dental hospitals in Bangkok. Choose a different one! I wouldn’t go back to dental hospital. They pushed me into getting a procedure done that I actually didn’t need. They wanted to put a crown on my tooth which I actually didn’t need. The administrative staff are unfriendly and very disorganized. Sometimes you wait for your appointment for over an hour. Customer service is very poor.

My orthodontist who works there a few days per week is amazing, but if I would have to choose again I would go and see her at a different hospital.
