เคยไปส่งเพื่อน แต่ติดคุยกันยังไม่เสร็จก็จอดรถด้านบนตรงประตูทางเข้า พนักงานมาเคาะกระจกสองรอบ (ไม่สุภาพ) บอกให้เลื่อนรถออก ทั้งที่ไม่มีแขกขับเข้ามาเลย และรถเราก็ไฟฟ้า ไม่ได้มลภาวะอะไร

Value for money. Suitable for a night stay before early flight at Suwanabhumi airport. Staff is helpful. Shuttle service is avaiable.

A very decent, clean, and well located place. (Close to the airport) Friendly and helpfull staff. We did not eat there so can't evaluate the kitchen.

Not a good hotel. Rooms are not properly clean and very basic. There dust en stickiness in the room and bathroom. Vault is not working, the sink is incomplety and the airco is to noisy. So my advice is to taken another option. Good travel to you all.

I will never go there again.cleaning condition. Soundproofing (the sound of the TV in the next room is very normal). Staff response. Etc. I also saw rats in the lobby.

Very pleased we chose Crystal Suites hotel, picked up by their minivan at Suvarnabhumi airport, driver had waited the plane arrived 40 minutes late. Quick check-in, room was superb, hotel is 200m off the road very quiet, nice bed, cable TV channels including some English language ones. About 300m away is Paseo Mall, shopping centre with so many food options, cafés and open food court. We'll stay here again, ideal location near the airport.

When you must stay at near Suvunaphom airport, this hotel is one of the best. Not expensive and so far. And very cleaning and calm.

Decent hotel for overnight stay when have a flight from Suvarnabhumi.
Very helpful staff.
Makro and Paseo in 5 mins walking, Family 1 min.
Airport shuttle 150THB.

Horrible customer service. My family and I were trying to rent a couple of rooms just to leave our luggage while being out and about all day and to freshen up before our flight out at night. We were literally renting the rooms for 10 hours. The receptionist was VERY impatient and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation. She wanted to rent me 5 rooms and would not let me talk until I raised my voice. The staff needs customer service training.

The staff are not friendly. Hotel is dirty. The hotel is so money minded. Due to emergency also they do not bother about their customers to refund. Horrible experience.

Flughafen Hotel für eine Nacht vor Abflug. Shopping Center und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Empfehlenswert ist das Welcome Thaifood ca. 500 Meter links raus in einer Nebenstraße.

We ordered an airport pickup which wasn't there. Ended up wandering around the airport looking for the guy and had to take a normal taxi instead. Room wasn't really tidy. Also, we had an early flight the next morning and didn't get any breakfast. Normally the hotel will provide you with something if you leave before the breakfast starts, but nothing in this place. A bit of a waste of money since I specifically wanted something with breakfast.

Wasn’t a 4 star hotel. No where near. 3 at best! Pictures are deceiving. WiFi access is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel - so slow and switches off after a certain time. Experienced dirty, smelly pillows with ants crawling on the bed while I tried to relax. Head board of the bed has a strong toxic odour. Staff don’t all speak English, took so long ordering food, translating everything. Food is so overly microwaved when it did arrive and was so bland. I wasn’t well and felt disoriented going out so called to get transport, they didn’t consider my wellbeing and that I was willing to pay and refused to book me a taxi. Won’t be coming back for sure. Customer service is not their strong point and nor is cleanliness!

Hm can't understand some good reviews.

Shower needs urgently renovations. Silikon is more black than white.
Air-condition is very old and noisy.
Breakfast is not tasting even for Thai and western people as well. Food was cold.
Food in restaurant is also not tasteful.

On the other hand Bed and sleeping was good.

This used to be a great transit hotel. I used to alway used to stay at this hotel for my transits but last time when i was checking in the lady at the counter advised that i will need to pay another $80 dollars as i am checking in at 7am. She would not listen as i told her i will check out by 4pm.as i only need the place for 9 hrs. Very bad service. In total i had to pay close to $150.
Not going to ever stay in this place.

Rooms clean but relatively basis. Charge extra for shuttle to airport. Better options in this price range need Bangkok airport.

Great location is you have an early flight. Free shuttle bus from hotel. The place looks new and is exceptionally clean. Breakfast is ok
