Nice box with a very nice owner and a cool community. We enjoyed working out there when visiting Bangkok. Conveniently located close to the King Power Tower and a quick bite for recovery is not far away either. Highly recommended for working out when in Bangkok.

Coaches are great and the facilities have everything you would need for a WOD, power lifting and GPP. Drop in price is comparable to the drop in price stateside.

Great place for a drop-in, easy to find and flexible in hosting. Coaches were nice, with excellent English, being present and providing advice during the whole WOD. The price is quite high compared to other services in the country in general, but it's the same for all boxes around Bangkok.

This is a great gym! This was my third time visiting from the US, and each time I'm in Bangkok I come back to this gym. It's clean, they've got great equipment, tough WODs, and welcoming members. On my most recent visit I bought a pass for two weeks, and looked forward to it each day. Nat is a welcoming and motivating coach. Highly recommended for any visiting crossfitters!
Also, their strength class is quite tough, and a good change of pace from regular crossfit. I tried that one day and was definitely sore!

Did my first ever CrossFit class here!
My girlfriend and I were traveling through Thailand on vacation. She does CrossFit and wanted to do a drop in class. I decided to join. Nat was our instructor. He was awesome. He really took his time and walked me through the proper form for the lifts while also helping the rest of the class.
An awesome place and I’ll definitely drop in again next time I’m in Thailand.

Great spot to drop in during my stay in Bangkok. Coach Nat is very attentive to form and technique. The workout is fun and engaging. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Bangkok

Well equipped free weight gym and nice staff. Although the 700 Baht one-off entry fee is designed to rip off tourists so avoid if you can. There are much better (and cheaper) options around.

I'm a total newbie to Crossfit but I can definitely recommend Crossfit Ten500 to anyone out there wanting to try it out! Workouts change day by day so it will never get boring. Nat, the coach, and their staff will make you feel very welcome. One drop in session costs 700THB, which is honestly not much once you compare the prices to Europe. It's totally worth the money, I highly recommend checking it out. You will definitely feel the burn!

Great spot for a drop in. Neils made me feel welcome and gave just the right amount of coaching. Other athletes were friendly too. Hey ChaCha. The workout was great, hard but rewarding. Highly recommend this place.

The gym is located in a convenient area with transit and food all around. Unfortunately, I found out once I arrived, their free trial class is only for Thai residents only (this info is not on their site). A drop-in class is 700 baht (28 CAD) quite steep for a class in Thailand as this is similar pricing in big cities in Canada. Stepping into the facility, I saw a number of westerners/expats and not so many local people so I'm guessing the business is geared towards expats.

If you're really into crossfit, give it a go and see how they're programming is. Otherwise, there are many other activities you could do with 700 baht. Perhaps a Thai boxing class around 400 baht! You are in Thailand after all ;)

Bangkoks 1st CrossFit Gym is conveniently located a short walk from a Metro stop. Classes are in english and it seems most members are Expats. The gym is all on the smaller side and has no Rig, instead there are 5 squat cages along the perimeter that look out of the floor to ceiling windows and a pull up bar hanging from the ceiling. Ten500 packs a lot of equipment into a small space so you will find everything you need, they even have 5 Ski Ergs! The programming for the day was some hang snatches and a partner ‘sled’ workout. They don’t actually have sleds, instead they put 2 – 45’s on a box and you push that, it sucks as much as you think, but shows the creativity CrossFit has breed. There is also an outside area with some mats but we did not use it and with the Asia heat I’m not sure when you would. If you are staying downtown make sure to check out the first CF in Bangkok.
