Love this gym! Great energy and attitude all around. Big open space, friendly staff, and good quality equipment and weights. Private locker rental is available which is perfect if you’re living in Bangkok with a busy schedule.

An amazing CrossFit box! I loved having the intro consultation as they clearly care about your goals. The class I did was amazing, great coach and a very good workout. They have so much equipment, all new and high quality. You also get a free towel to shower with after. I will consider this place for my long term CrossFit box in BKK.

I dropped in while in Bangkok, great gym with lots of equipment (kg bumper plates, barbells, KB's, climbing ropes, rig, all the concept 2 ergs, air bikes, sandbags/Dbags, turf and sleds. Well set up with lots of room. Super accommodating and extremely friendly as well. They'll provide you with a towel and lock as well:). I highly recommend this gym whether you are a Crossfitter, weightlifter, powerlifter, strongman etc or if you want a really good workout while in Bangkok.

Coaches would give you instructions in fluent English. So don't worry if you're not Thai. A lot of foreign CrossFitters. No air-conditioning in the workout area, which was quite tough for me. Good atmosphere.

I’m a beginner to Crossfit and looking for some challenge, and I've been looking for a gym for some time before I found Arena. The first time I came here, I felt the staffs were very nice, and Coach G was very kind, listened to my goals, and encouraged me even though I am a beginner. Then I signed up a few weeks ago and have been very impressed so far. Coaches are very well prepared and cheer you up; also, there is Roxy, the cuddle staff, who very warmly welcomes you.

Shortly, whether you are new to Crossfit or an athlete looking for a challenging and nice environment, I highly recommend Arena.:)

Fantastic crossfit box. Spacious, friendly, looked after equipment, flexibility and good vibes! Free amenities included like towels, shampoos and conditioners, dryers, etc… highly recommended!

It was amazing to train with ARBKK’s guy.
The coach was kind and prepared, he made me feel like I was home. I enjoyed a lot the class and the next time I’ll be in Bangkok I will train with them again!

Great experience at CrossFit Arena. The Coach gave amazing clarity into the workout and how to properly prepare for it. Very accommodating to everyone's needs.

I'm a beginner when it comes to CrossFit but I don't feel at all left behind because of the instructors. They are highly skilled, kind and patient with everyone who joins the classes. Overall a great place to get some exercise in and a great supportive group.

I visited them very well, I visited them twice and the coaches were excellent and the community was great I bought some t-shirts for memory,

Great community. Staff is friends and coaches are very qualified. Place is big and equipment is new and good. Showers are also good, they offer towel.

A great place for CrossFit. Very good coach. You get even towels, very nice for a dropIn.
