5 stars hotel but no one is responding to my emails. Customer service 0. I have a concern with my credit card they used but no one seems willing to help.

I stayed at the Conrad Bangkok for three days. You definitely can't go wrong. Everything is modern and there are several cooking stations for breakfast.

The burger and fries in the restaurant were really not good.

It should be noted that there is nothing in the immediate vicinity. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the BTS station. If you want more action, you might prefer the Hilton Sukumvit.

Really good rooms and breakfast is unmatched. Building is kind of ugly from the outside, but that’s less important

Hilton-chain based located in the heart of Bangkok metropolitan. Suspicious room with breathtaking view. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Dining option are delightful. What a truly remarkable experience.

Test & Go for Conrad Bangkok - our experience was very good, everything was well organised by the hotel.

Had to book up for a day use since we didn't have any power in our apartment and a newborn baby only 6 days old.
Work well for us, only thing we had to wait long time for our lunch from room service. They said it might take some time to get the food but simple spagetti's took almost 1 hour to get, you could expect better.
Room ok good view, clean and big enough for our small family.

The facilities are good and the staff are friendly however they refused to offer any Hilton Honour gold membership benefits due to the booking was made through a 3rd party agency.

Love the hotel, stayed at the residence side which has a living room with dinning table and small kitchen with washer dryer, especially handy when travelling with kids.

Had a very bad experience staying here. For luxury accommodations, go to the Hyatt Regency or Grand Hyatt - quality properties that know how to treat guests.

Had high expectations for a five star hotel, but was checked into a room without a working shower drain. The tub stopper was also stuck in the closed position.

Engineering did their best to fix it but ultimately I wasn’t able to really get clean in the room. Feeling dirty in a five star hotel where you’re meant to relax is a terrible experience.

They finally moved me to another room, but the new room lacked a proper work desk (essential for a business traveler). I was switched to a third room which was nice, but it was exhausting and the entire process ended up taking about four hours including all the packing, unpacking, discussions with staff, repeated room switches, etc.

Management was also very slow to respond to me, requiring multiple phone calls over the course of the morning to reach. As a result, I missed out on the complimentary breakfast. I also ende up being late to get out the door to attend to business, so I wasn’t able to get clean and fed until well into the afternoon. I also found that even in the new room, the drainage was poor and the water in the shower went up to nearly 2cm, which felt a little gross.

I understand the staff is busy and I appreciate how courteous everyone was, but I was disappointed with my stay here. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and incredible disruption to my stay. They offered me a $15 cocktail, essentially $4 per hour of frustration and hassle.

Again, recommend a Hyatt property. I’ve always been treated well there.

UPDATE: Just wanted to update that it's been 3 days since Conrad claimed they would contact me and I've heard nothing. It appears they want to save face on their bad reviews by pretending they've addressed problems, when in reality they're not doing anything.

The hotel is ok.not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Not luxurious or anything like that. The rooms are small. We had the suites which were not really suited for their catagory. The major issue was with the pool - it is not heated! We couldn’t enjoy the pool because the water was so cold. Even though we called before and asked specifically if the pool is heated and they said YES. When we asked the pool guy what is wrong he said that the heat engine of the pool is broken for almost two years. When I told him that last month I called and they told me it was heated, he changed the version immediately and said that it was broken last month.not much of credibility right there.not something you would expect from the Conrad. We asked for the manager - didn’t reach hom at all. They said he was not there. We asked for refund - they didn’t offer any. In the lounge there were little cockroaches! ! ! Yes! In a 5 star Hotel! In the Conrad. Just unbelievable. This is really really disappointing position to be in. As a gold member I think I will just take my money elsewhere. Not going back to the Hilton or the conrad or any of their other tires anymore.

The Conrad Bangkok exceeds all expectations and truly exhibits outstanding Thai hospitality at its finest. Communication is key and this hotel is responsive to emails, even before my stay.   The hotel is located near the embassies and also attached to a mall called All Seasons Plaza.   From the moment you walk into the Conrad Bangkok, you already feel welcomed with the modern lobby and attentive staff.   The staff were warm and assisted with anything needed.   The rooms were great and had all the things you need to stay connected.   There are small fridges to keep personal items cold too.   The most fabulous thing in my opinion was the bathroom.   I loved the corner room because it had a huge bathtub overlooking the city.   The in-room dining menu was also terrific with an abundance of variety to choose from. If you are looking for optimal and premium service, book a room on the Executive Level because the Executive Lounge is one of the best I have visited.   The lounge offers breakfast, light snacks, appetizers, evening cocktails, and desserts.   The gym is huge and has everything from Concept 2 (rowing machine) to free weights.   The pool is large and even has bubbles in a separate smaller pool that helps you relax. There is also a complimentary shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes to take you to the Ploen Chit BTS Skyway Station. I found this very beneficial. Overall, the Conrad Bangkok is a gem in the city and a "must visit" hotel when in Thailand.

Not exaggerating, this is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at.
It has the best (standard) room I ever used, the best service, the best bathroom, the best desk with chair and the softest bed, pillows and blanket you can imagine.

In my whole life I didn't feel so much at home and slept so well as in this hotel.

Not a luxury for sure, service is mediocre. Rooms have cheap amenities, executive lounge lacks executive loungeness.

Cockroaches issues all over for the entire stay.

Waste of time and money.

The hotel was conveniently located and its service was very nice, so i will definitely stay again when visiting Bangkok.

Great place. Very polite and friendly staff. Room was spacious filled with all the items of need.
Little pricey.
