COFFEE BEANS by Dao (Ekamai)

It is located on the side of the main road, adjacent to the entrance of a street. Easy to miss as there is no big signage. Parking is not easy as there is no dedicated parking. Plenty of seating available inside and outside.
They officially open at 10am but it is possible to go earlier (9: 30am) to pickup food. Staff are friendly and service is quite fast. The food is really good. Coffee is average (As per Aussie standards).

The moment you see the interior, you have great expectations.
However, I think the food serving plate needs to be changed.
It's very disappointing that it doesn't fit the interior and doesn't enhance the food.
The food honestly felt just average to my taste.

ทานร้านนี้มานาน 26 ปีแล้ว (ตั้งแต่เปิดร้านเมื่อ พ. ศ. 2540) ยังคงความอร่อยเหมือนเดิม มีอาหารให้เลือกเยอะมากๆ อร่อยหลายอย่าง

Just like other branch, service is good and staff is helpful and deligent. This branch in particular has lower ceiling and sometimes it has "highway American diner" vibes. Once I walked in during Chinese new year, and it is decorated with red laterns. Exterior is impressive too.

It provides a wide range of presentable and tasty Thai and western dishes. I also recommend ox tongue rice, hot Dahongpao tea, and milk tea cake (not too sweet!). Bread and pastries look so tempting. Price slight higher end but would be worth it.

Unfortunately yesterday there is some mosquitos near my table and I got bites. I hope maybe shop can take more measure to improve on this aspect.

This restaurant has dropped in ingredient quality. Carbonara tastes like canned cream instead of creamy cheese. Som tum is not fresh anymore. I'm disappointed!

Service was good, they were polite.

Walked in and it is felt nicer then photos in the reviews that I’ve been reading. The beef stew is very good.

Everyone said to try their cake so I ordered 2 to go. Will come back and edit after I try it.

Btw. 10% service charge as well.

Perfect dining for me. I really loved their mini tacos. The crab curry with rice noodle was great. I often ordered this menu when I came to this restaurant. The staffs were very nice with mind of service. Don’t forget to try their bakery and pastries, they are so good.

Absolutely phenomenal desserts here. Every slice of cake was true to it's flavour and done well. Best place for cakes in ALL of Bangkok, I truly mean that

Walk in and feel very nice! It was Saturday afternoon. We heard about this place for a while and aimed to visit here for their cake! However, I gotta say that this place is under very well care in term of the decor and cleanliness of many things. The staff were very nice and quick to respond to our requests. The food we ordered were served soon right after. The famous cake came and went quickly, sadly we didn’t take any pics. Overall, super chill, clean, and nice. Come and visit them!

Really great cakes and desserts! My friend introduced the white chocolate cheesecake and am now hooked on it whenever I go there! Have not tried the food yet as I akways get the desserts!

They always serve good food here. My family comes to this establishment quite often due to close proximity to our home. Even during COVID-19 lockdown, we ordered it home. We found that we got larger portions! Cakes are plentiful and yummy. Mom is in love with the whole cakes using sugar substitutes.
